Graciela's design work is excellent, from her initial quotes with 20/20 cabinet designs and true color options for your product selections! She has established herself with a great career path in all aspects of products for a home. She is very knowledgeable in all types of products from backsplash materials to window treatments, she has the experience. And she knows the sources, where to go to find what you like! The installation team is great, respectful, hardworking and all her family! This is the family to take your work to! If there is a problem, they brainstorm to bring your design together and keep you happy! I love my kitchen and the work they did! All her ideas and my desires came together once installed!”

“We hired Scott Gormley of Acumen Builders to be our general contractor for an extensive kitchen remodel. Our project involved a large amount of demolition and included removing a load-bearing wall, raising the ceiling height, and relocating a substantial portion of the HVAC and electrical components from below the joists to the roof (a flat roof). Before we even formally hired Scott, he made several visits to our residence to assist in the planning phase--even going to a nearby open house to see what we liked and disliked about a remodel that mirrored our floor plan. Throughout our project, Scott listened to our concerns, was knowledgeable, dependable, and used highly qualified subcontractors; he promptly paid the other trades immediately after receiving his own progress payments. The project turned out great, as you can see in the photos of "Lola's Timeless Kitchen"! We do not hesitate in recommending Scott Gormley and Acumen Builders for any of your building needs!”

“This was a major remodel of a 40+ year old home, turning a galley kitchen and strange closet into a lovely space open to the living and dining area. We knew going in that there would be "surprises". There were and they were all dealt with timely and professionally. The cooperation between tradesmen was excellent and working with the architect was a dream. I got what I wanted and I am estatic about it. Jim Scott, the contracting supervisor was of immense help and smoothed the paths very well. Working with a smaller, local firm was a good choice for me.”

“I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.”

“I had Re-Bath compleatly remodel my guest bath. All new shower enclosure, new plumbing & fixtures, new bathtub, new toliet, 2 new sinks, granite counter, new base cabinets, new tiled floor, And new paint for walls & ceiling too. Great job by one technician, (Brent!) all completed in one week. Large exsisting mirror moved & reinstalled. So efficient, clean, quiet, and no problems what so ever. Everything was very professionally done. I highly recommend their services. They have a very nice showroom with lots of choices.”

“Gino did an excellent job remodeling our 2nd Floor, from flooring, plumbing, baseboards to dry wall installation was executed with utter more care and professionally done. Though there was minor issue with the bath which Gino addressed immediately upon notifying him. I am totally satisfied. There is something with all the other general contractors that when asked for bath remodel they immediately would give me a higher price quote. I am not sure whether they presume that I deserve to pay that much for being a North Scottsdale resident. But Gino was totally upfront and very rational. I would recommend him to anyone who wants professional job done for reasonable pricing. I would like to thank Gino's crew, his son Chris and his wife and all the contractors who worked on my property, they cared for it, respected my privacy and delivered an excellent job.”

“Asthma, allergies and MCS make construction around my home difficult. Mike listened to what I needed and wanted instead of telling me how he was going to do the job. The old steel tub was taken out in one piece and the tile in sheets. They couldn't have tried harder to prevent dust and odors if I had been their own grandmother. Mike, Andy and Manuel took wonderful care of me. I love my beautiful, easy to enter shower! And Mike will be the first person I call if I make any other changes in this house. (I've already given his name to my friends.)”
