We went through several pool companies to determine who would be best for the job. Ultimately, Artistic pool what’s the best choice for us. Our decision was based on who had the best customer service, pre-installation communication, pool industry knowledge and of course price. Trinity came by and sat and explained everything to us and the rest is history. Trinity explained the entire process from start to finish of the pool installation, he was an abundance of knowledge. You could tell that he was passionate about pool building and that the experience was there. Through the process we always felt like we could trust his word and was always just a call away. I loved the fact that Trinity was involved with the entire process. When I say entire , I mean the entire. He always set our expectations. We felt that the pool as built in a timely fashion. We still feel after having our pool built that we can call him with any questions. He actually told us to call him first even if years have passed. We absolutely love our pool without issue. We always get compliments regarding the design and workmanship. Artistic pools will definitely be our pool builder for our second property.

Artistic pool and spa designed and built my pool. First time for me, so I was a little skeptical about it. But Wade made sure that I understood every step of the way. He kept me updated at all times. He is very professional, honest, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He made the process smooth even though we had some unexpected issues. Artistic Pool designed by pool/spa. Trinity was my designer and from start to finish was amazing to work with. I provided info on what I would like in my design and not only did he meet but exceeded my expectations. All of the teams that worked on various stages of the build were very professional with high quality work. In addition, Artistic was very familiar with all of my HOA requirements so my first pass design was approved immediately. My pool was completed within the quoted timeframe. All in all great experience and would highly recommend.

My total experience with Artistic Pool and Spa was topnotch. Las Vegas is a competitive pool market and it can be hard to know which company will adhere to costs/timeline and produce the overall quality as expected. I did get quotes from several other companies and eventually decided to go with Artistic because I really like their concept of having one single point of contact (Nate, in my case) who I could always get in touch with and who was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns, before/during/after the sale. They definitely were not the least expensive but their prices were competitive with other bids I received. While all the subcontractors were good at their respective areas, I have to say the tile layers were absolute masters and I've gotten multiple compliments on the tile work, as well as the whole pool/spa. My pool has been completed for almost a year and I'm still thrilled with the outcome, I would select Artistic again, given the chance.
