from region to region, depending on material accessibility and labor
costs, as well as local building permits and codes.

This pool was built about 3 years ago and pricing has likely gone up due to material and equipment cost increases. At the time, it was a base of $54,000 which included a lot of upgraded features such as in-floor cleaning system and remote operations and the homeowner upgraded and added another roughly $8,000 which was mostly the upgraded travertine materials/labor.

I don’t know if you have the actual blueprints for this pool but if you do would you be willing to sell them? I was quoted $110,000.00 by two diff companies to build this pool based off the picture alone. If I can buy the blueprints I think I will just build it myself and sub out the labor. If not ill figure it out but am absolutely not paying anywhere near this amount for any pool.
