Troy and his team upgraded our bathroom almost a year ago, and I still feel grateful to them every time I walk into the room. It looks beautiful and it works beautifully. Every team member was professional, reliable, and responsible, showing up when expected and cleaning up after themselves each day. But the best part was working with Troy. He proved himself more than trustworthy, advising us wisely from the conception of the project to its completion. Beyond even that, he was a delightful presence, keeping the mood serene and focused throughout all the inevitable ups and downs. Oh--and the price was fair, too. I highly recommend Ascentus Construction.

Troy completed a full bathroom remodel for our family. The project was completed on time, within budget, and at a high standard. He was highly communicative throughout, responded to any feedback or issues along the way, and was easy to work with. Overall a very positive experience and would hire again.

I'm so thankful we found Troy! He is personal, professional and responsive - all things that were very important to us when selecting a general contractor to redo almost the entirety of our family home. He worked within our tight timelines, and was flexible enough to adapt to some changing needs. His work quality was great, and for the few small issues that were discovered post move-in (as there always are), I was thoroughly impressed and how quickly and often personally he came to address those. We love our new home, and it is in no small part thanks to Troy and the Ascentus team!

We remodeled my old family home including new interior paint, refinished hardwood floors, new carpet, new bath and kitchen countertops, new bathroom tile, painted kitchen cabinetry, new bathroom cabinets and kitchen am cabinet additions, as well as new back deck and paver patio. It was a big project, and we feel lucky to have found Ascentus/Troy for our contractor. We were managing our remodel remotely, so trust and communication were critical. Troy was a true partner for the project whose positive attitude and steadiness were especially appreciated when the inevitable curveballs came through. Was everything always perfect? No, but that will never be the case, and I always had complete confidence us and Troy would find a fair solution. All of that work took ~4mos, and when personal circumstances made it so we really needed to move up, Troy and team worked really hard in the final stretch to make it happen. After we moved in Troy also stayed available to fix a couple items that came up once they got regular use. He took great pride in his work and above all wanted us as his clients to be happy with the results, which we absolutely were.

Troy has always held himself to a high bar with his work on our behalf. We continue to find his creativity and quality workmanship a hallmark of the projects he has undertaken for us personally and professionally. This is why we have enjoyed working with him over many years.

We have worked on many projects with Troy at Ascentus over the last several years. Every project has been well thought through and expertly executed. Troys attention to detail is impressive and appreciated. The broad range of things he can do means our challenges are always solved. His personal attitude is very friendly, trustworthy and diligent. He also provides a network of excellent specialists, such as electricians and painters, who we have called upon multiple times, and are all experts in their field. We won’t go to anyone else for our home projects. Troy is fantastic!
