In 2010, I had the lovely experience of competing with Ashley on Showhouse Showdown on HGTV. We had seen each other around the Dallas Design Community but didn't know each other that well. Through the course of this experience, we became very close. Ashley's signature Hacienda Chic style was favored by the voters. Ashley is a true southern belle. She is beautiful, well mannered, and a gracious person. We still keep in touch. I love the fact she has a look that is distinctly her own and clients flock to her for that aesthetic and style. I highly recommend Ashley for your next Hacienda Chic home.

We love working with Astleford Interiors! The communication with Ashley and Amanda is always very clear, they know what they want, but still, they are open to any changes and challenges design-wise, which can sometimes happen in our industry, as we work with natural materials. As a long-established client of Astleford Interiors, I can personally attest to the exquisiteness of Ashley Astleford's and her associate designers' work. Each of them is a trained, highly-experienced, consummate master of the art of interior design. Their flair for color, style and scale is manifested in every project, large or small. While Astleford Interiors' clients' preferences and tastes have varied widely from traditional to contemporary and French provincial to Mexican hacienda, Ashley and her designers have transformed their clients' ideas and dreams into realities for them. In short, Astleford Interiors delivers perfection with Ashley's unique, signature creativity and elegance. In 2003 I engaged Ashley to design the interior of a large new home that I planned to build in a rural area. The details are too numerous to mention, but as examples, she began by drawing the elevations of every wood panel, crown molding, cabinet and built-in and placing every electrical outlet and switch. Ashley helped me with the selection of every type of fixture, ranging from the functional to the decorative. She recommended and guided me through the choices for each wall treatment and even drew magnificent patterns for the handmade bathroom and kitchen tiles that had caught my eye. In late 2004 and early 2005 while my house was under construction, Ashley solved a variety of problems for the home builder. In the meantime, one of her associates arranged my furniture on the floor plan. Ashley led me through the selection of fabrics for the pieces that I had reupholstered and supervised the work on the pieces that I had refinished. She also advised me on and handled the purchases of new furniture, rugs, antiques and accessories. Finally, after the house was completed in mid-2005, Ashley's contractor installed the graceful, gorgeous custom draperies, Roman shades and window treatments that Ashley designed. Every day that I live in this house, I delight in its beautiful interior and appreciate Ashley's gift of her talent. I remain a client of Astleford Interiors. Over the years, I've consulted one associate or another for advice and for custom designs of a couple of pieces of furniture. Most recently, Amanda Paret assisted me with the selection of new fabrics, chairs and ottomans for part of the living room. She also completely redecorated one of the guest bedrooms and chose a replacement wallpaper for its bath. I strongly recommend the designers at Astleford Interiors, especially Ms. Paret. Their professionalism, excellent judgment and discriminating designs are unsurpassed.

Amazing attention to detail. Very helpful, great job listening to the clients. The best part is the opportunity to "get out of the box" within any budget. It is always a pleasure to work with anyone in this organization as they are all very professional! I always have them on my recommendation lists.

Ashley and her team rank "10" in my opinion. After saving photos in my HOUZZ idea book, I realized my favorites were her designs. We are building a hacienda-style home and want to create the feel of a small Mexican vacation house with lots of color. We needed Ashley's expertise to accomplish our goal. Ashley's talent goes way beyond interior decor and furnishings, as she has been invaluable in helping us select exterior materials, and adding structural design elements as well. Plain and simple, Ashley "gets it". She is a delight to work with and her creativity is endless. Personally, we enjoy hunting for unusual furniture and objects. Ashley totally understands and encourages our desire to add some of our own ideas to the house, however she kindly let's me know when some of my ideas don't fit with our overall goal. She keeps the process moving in the right direction. I'm quite sure Ashley has the talent and experience to tackle any design job, however I'm positive that no one is better at designing and executing a very personalized hacienda chic home with a tasteful use of color. I highly recommend Astleford Interiors. Working with her team has totally exceeded our expectations.

I've had several opportunities to work with the Astleford Interiors team. The most unique request I've had from them was to do a turquoise basket weave on the ceiling. This is what's great about working with great interior designers. They come up with ideas that you would have never thought of and then bring it together all the rest of the details of the room. By the time I finishes the basket weave I loved it. It was absolutely perfect for the client and the room.

CRAZY about Ashley and her team!! They helped us when we remodeled our historic home, and came in on time, and on budget. I have worked with several designers, and Ashley is by far the best - easy to relate to, and gently guides me out of my comfort zone - into a much better interior design setting!
