We recently hired Curb Appeal, owned by Avi (Sensitive Information Hidden), to renovate our primary bathroom and convert our former home office into a spacious, custom walk-in closet—and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Gabby, our project manager, was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was organized, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. She made sure every phase of the project stayed on track and checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with the progress. We worked with Avi and his team to complete a second story addition to our home, which added roughly 1,600 square feet to the existing 2,000 sq. ft. 3-Bed/2-Bath ranch. The 6-month project included 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full J&J Bath, 1 Large Bonus Room with Vaulted Ceiling, 1 Stairway, New Roof, a Covered Back Patio with an Outdoor Fireplace, and plenty of added Trim/Crown Moulding/Board & Batten to the interior. When we first met with Avi in September 2024, he was accommodating of our vision and quick to set expectations. We were especially impressed that Atlanta Curb Appeal did not need us to secure architectural plans prior to beginning discussions, because they offered the services of a trusted architect that regularly collaborates on projects like ours. We received a reasonable estimate within 24 hours, met with an engineer to check the existing foundation, and began reviewing renderings with the architect. By mid-October, the renovation officially began and we vacated our house for demolition/removal of the original attic space. Our Project Manager was Esteban, who was always responsive, respectful, and organized. We received plenty of text messages from both Avi and Esteban throughout the process with construction updates, general questions about preferences, and video footage showing progress. Fortunately, my family was able to temporarily live nearby so I was always invited to meet at the house when a subcontractor needed input. Was everything perfect? No. But when mistakes inevitably happened, Avi always made sure to indemnify us and make things right. We moved back into our home by the end of March 2025, after ACA provided the final general cleaning. We are very pleased with our "new" home and would recommend this General Contractor to anyone in the Greater Atlanta Area!
