Attractive Interiors

Our realtor recommended Attractive Interiors to staged our home. We had never stage an home before but she stressed that luxury homes at this price point needed it and we went with it, though the monthly cost of over $4200.00 felt steep. During the initial staging, I noticed they damaged our oak floor by dragging heavy furniture, costing over three thousand seven hundred dollars, which they reimbursed only after I pointed it out. After about year of paying the monthly fee with no sale, we removed the staging, and they pointed out there was sun bleaching on the flooring caused by the rug under the kitchen nook, stressing it was very common and would fade. After consulting with several flooring company’s their opinion was the time required for the floor to fade would be approximately the time the rug was in place. When I brought up that I expected help with the costly repairs for the sun-bleached floor, they were very dismissive, again saying it's common, and it will fade in time which isn't helpful when we're trying to sell. Their lack of professionalism-failing to disclose the initial floor damage themselves or warn us about potential rug-related bleaching-left us frustrated, and now we're dealing with expensive repairs from high-end flooring experts. I expected better communication, professionalism and support from them.

Attractive Interiors did an amazing job with staging my home. I don’t think I would have sold my home so quickly if it wasn’t staged. I highly recommend Attractive Interiors, they do an beautiful job with staging your home. I will definitely use them again.

I moved from Portland, OR to Phoenix and used Heather for furnishing and decorating my new home. The experience was amazing and smooth, her team is very responsive and communicates thoroughly throughout the process. I walked in to my new home fully furnished and to the most amazing decorations. Absolutely stunning performance. I saw one of her properties that we purchased and so I asked the agent for her stagers name. Heather has a style that is timeless with wonderful eye for small details. She pays attention to appropriate sized furnishings for the room. We had a 4100 sf home spacious floor plan that was hard to define the space and it was accumulating days on mkt. On day 45 we hired her and she came in staged it in 5 hrs and we received a full price offer within 30 days of it being staged. Not easy to get full list price with 65 DOM She is top notch and a true professional constantly asking what she can do to help. She is active on social media and highlighting and tagging your property for extra bonus exposure. The home was spotless after they broke it down and the sellers were thrilled. Very affordable and truly worth the cost vs. reducing and constantly chasing the mkt. Can you tell I was Pleased? I am a veteran with 25 yrs in the industry and she made me a believer. I will be calling her number again. .

I would highly recommend Heather Good with Attractive Interiors Home Staging. She not only is professional and efficient, but her design skills are amazing and her inventory of furniture/furnishings is high-end, clean, and lovely! She filled in the blanks with one of my listings in Silverleaf that the owner left partially furnished. Her challenge was to incorporate her staged furniture with the existing furnishings in order to complete the total look of a furnished luxury home. She did an amazing job and it sold right away. I also felt her prices were very reasonable, and she and her team are a pleasure to work with!
