I worked with Baxter Construction on a very high-end kitchen and great room remodel. As an interior design professional, I found them to be receptive, timely and great communicators. The Baxter Team was very well organized which enabled this highly detailed project to go smoothly and effectively. Each and every tradesperson on the project was talented and skilled in their given trade - from painter to carpentry to installation- the execution was exceptional. I would highly recommend Baxter Construction.

I cannot say enough about the quality of craftsmanship and the character and work ethic of the employees of Baxter Construction. We tackled a significant renovation of a 125 year old home, including a complete overhaul of all basic systems and several structural challenges. Having lived in our completed new old house for years now, we are thankful everyday for the beautiful work and continued support of the team at Baxter, especially our project manager Wayne Pietrini and lead carpenter Matt Harris. Our job was completed quickly and efficiently. Baxter's business office is thorough and transparent. At the job site, every single Baxter employee and subcontractor conducts themselves very professionally. And, at the end of the day, the carpentry and sub work is meticulous. We were so pleased with our initial renovation that we engaged Baxter within a year to do another comparatively minor project. This second project was tackled with the same energy and quality as the first. Baxter's confidence in renovating older homes comes from a depth of experience that we needed. Our home is now so beautiful and safe thank you to our partnership with Baxter Construction.

Jim Baxter and Baxter Construction were suggested to me by our Architect as well-qualified to restore and re-build our newly-purchased house and barn in an historic district in Princeton, NJ. As an Architect myself (but without 19th Century residential construction experience), I had very high expectations for this very personal project and have a highly-developed attention to detail. We hired Baxter Construction to renovate a 1930s brick and stucco house - new windows, doors, kitchen, bathrooms, electric, HVAC, sewer/ water/ electric lines to street, cable trench, basement rehab, carpentry, flooring, and all finish work. Baxter's people were skilled, professional, efficient, and extremely polite. When issues arose, as inevitable in an older house, they responded with reasonable options and followed through on our decisions. We have renovated several properties, and Baxter Construction, in our experience, represents the very best.
