When pre-purchase inspection revealed the roof was at the end of its useful life, I called around for bids. A couple well-reviewed companies came out. One bid, in particular, seemed astronomical. I did not appreciate that folks were coming out to bid on replacing the whole roof, whether needed or not. Then Johnny came. He was friendly, kind & courteous, a great communicator. He called in advance to confirm, showed up exactly when scheduled, was calm & present. He walked me through what he saw and what the roof needed. His suggestion was to replace one section, repair a part & do maintenance on the rest. I appreciated the explanations, demonstrations. If I could give 10 stars just for the clear communication, professionalism and HONESTY, I would.

Super happy that I found Ben Roofing to repair my roof and squeeze a few more years out it. I set up an appt. for an estimate and the Johnny came out. He provided a quick but thorough diagnosis, discussed all of my options with me and sent me a written estimate with photos to review later that day. I made my selection and set up an appt. for the work. The crew came out on time and did a really outstanding & tidy job. When the rain came a few weeks later, I was pleased to not have to deal with leaks any more or large areas of water pooling on the roof. We recommend Ben Roofing highly. Thanks.

Ben Roofing was my choice when it became a requirement to get a new roof before closing on my new house. They provided me with information on the entire process. They came out to the house and put together the best looking quote I’d seen. I got several quotes from other local roofers but I could easily tell they weren’t even in the same league as Ben Roofing. Each nail is driven with accuracy by hand, not just banged out of a nail gun. I would like to thank my Project Manager Johnny for such an amaizng job.

Hired Ben Roofing to replace my roof in my old house. They were excellent professionals, very responsive, and the last 2 roofing companies I hired could not fix the leak. Finally they came, found the leak was the vent pipe, but I wanted a warranty so I did a whole new roof which looks wonderful. I'm not leaving this city anytime soon, so the warranty was worth the piece of mind. I highly recommend the team at Mendez Roofing and David. Everyone was honest and went smoothly. Thank you team.

After gathering estimates, I decided to go with Ben Roofing for my roof replacement because Jake, one of the co-owners, offered the most comprehensive walkthrough of the roof in addition to competitive pricing. Many of the other companies would show up for site visits, but it felt rushed and they didn't really bother to hear my concerns/questions/ideas whereas Jake took the time to chat through shingle colors, warranties, skylights and unique scheduling that involved my rafters being replaced in between the roof teardown and rebuild. During the job, there were a couple minor differences of expectations with - all of which were addressed promptly with texts/calls to Jake. The responsiveness and customer-centric focus was really impressive about Ben Roofing.

I honestly could not have asked for a smoother experience in replacing our roof with Ben Roofing. There were several bad experiences from other roofing companies in Glendale, so we decided to go with them after reading a positive review from a community neighbor. I'm so glad we did! Guy was our Estimator. He took my call, setup an appointment, kept in contact with us, explained the process thoroughly, and was always available when we needed him. The crew that worked on our house was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves throughout the day, which spoke volumes to me. We're very satisfied with the level of service we received from Ben Roofing. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Ben Roofing was a great experience for us! The guy was outstanding. He took us through the entire process from start to finish showing us what to expect and how long the process would take. I’ve dealt with other roofing companies in the past and I can honestly say this was by far the better experience. Ben Roofing and David were extraordinary to work with from beginning to end. After David evaluated our hail harm (from the rooftop as well as other hail harm), he at that point returned to walk through the harm with our protection agent. When Ben Roofing began to supplant our rooftop, the cycle was perfect. The venture began and finished on schedule, cleanup was done after every day and the installers were amazingly proficient. I would strongly prescribe Ben Roofing to take care of business and done right.

Our flat roof was damaged during the last big wind storm. The main drain clogged, a large branch punctured the membrane and we had lots of water damage. After speacking with 4 roofing contractors we called Ben Roofing. From the moment I met David, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. David listened attentively, did a thorough inspection of my roof and broke everything down in a clear and professional manner. The build team had an opening and was able to start earlier than expected. They were very fast and efficient, and the quality of the repair was literally perfect. They sent me pictures of each step of the process so I could see the quality of the job being done and the final product is beautiful. It's amazing to work with them. Thanks to David and Ben Roofing.

Ben Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof, fascia board, and window trim. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the attention the owner, paid to the entire project. His roofing crew worked great as a team and were very friendly. Pricing was right in line with what my insurance company quoted and I felt like I got a really great deal. Ben Roofing made my overall experience very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are happy. Our home looks new and beautiful after roof replacement.
