Masterworks is a excellent General Contracting firm. They do high quality work for discriminating clientele. We have worked with them on a number of historical restorations and very detailed custom projects. Always great results!

We did a complete kitchen remodel including tearing down walls, relocating plumbing and all new cabinets, granite and lighting. Bill Leisy worked very closely with us on overall concept and selection of product. They met all time schedules, they were here promptly every morning and the workers were polite, professional and very detail oriented. We stayed within budget and work was completed in the time frame discussed. We are as happy as can be and would recommend them highly.

Our remodel was completed about 4 years ago & we continue to enjoy the improvement to our home. Masterworks did such a great job that last year we added a fireplace ( an element we left out of the original remodel due to cost) to our formal living room. In retrospect a few key "pluses" Bill listened to what I wanted & was great about giving me pros and cons based on our lifestyle and how we utilize the living space. The employees at Masterworks were top notch, so much so, that when the job was completed we hosted a lunch for the staff as a thank you ! The constant communication was a big plus, we always knew what was happening when and the only delays we experienced were due to the city not Masterworks. Everyone wants the BIG horror story about our remodel, we dont have one :) we love our remodel today as much as we did when we moved back in 4 years ago. I plan to remodel our front and back yard at some point and wont shop around, I will only contact Masterworks!

Masterworks has successfully completed many, many jobs for me over the space of more than twenty years, at two different residences. These include major projects like creatively designed custom bookcases at both houses, the removal of a kidney-shaped pool, complete landscaping makeover (twice), a major kitchen and breakfast nook remodeling, and a roof replacement. But what really sets them apart for me is that, even with minor repairs like a kitchen faucet replacement or a lighting fixture switch, or sudden emergencies like a leaking roof during a rainstorm, Bill and Debbie’s calm, friendly, approachable, collaborative style, attention to detail before, during and after the completion of a project, and flexibility and responsiveness to questions and concerns never waver. Their costs are always reasonable and patiently explained, with a range of alternatives at different price levels being offered. Schedules have always been strictly adhered to except where circumstances beyond their control intervene. As a long-time loyal customer I highly recommend Masterworks as long-term partners in building, maintaining and furnishing the living space you aspire to.

Through a fairly lengthy consultation in design & construction, Masterworks was very accurate in it's estimate. There were a few hidden structure problems, Masterworks manage it without cost increase. Quality material and workmanship.

We tried to work with other contractors over the years, then Bill Leisy and his company Masterworks Construction got us through our kitchen / family room remodel from the start of planning and design to a space that was better than we imagined it would be. They were there when they said they would be, the workers cleaned up every day, we were able to continue to live relatively normal lives and cook because they planned the process so well and were so respectful. Whenever there was change in plan we were notified. Bill and his crew set a very high standard, and we have turned to him for many other projects since, including a large master bath remodel.

We worked with Masterworks Construction Services on our kitchen/ dining room remodel in 2014. As first-time remodelers, we had many questions and anxieties about the process. What stood out when we first met Bill Leisy was his willingness to sit down with us and really engage us. He was not rushed, he was very thoughtful about the particular problems and challenges our house posed, he was creative with ideas, and he was extremely patient with us. We chose him to do the work because we felt he genuinely would have our interests at heart, because of his extensive experience, and because we felt reassured by his sense of humor and his communication style. Of course, we had also spoken with previous clients of his, and had seen the excellent quality of his work. Our project went very smoothly, and for the most part everything was completed on time and within budget. Workmen showed up when they said they would. What unexpected minor glitches that did occur - as would be expected in any such project - were handled thoughtfully, with transparency, and at times very creatively. We continued to live in the house throughout construction. Bill’s crew made it a point to leave the site very clean every day. They went to the trouble each Friday to move our washer and dryer back into place and hook them up for the weekend, so we didn’t ever have to go to the laundromat. Communication with Bill and Debbie and Tim, our foreman, was excellent, with near daily texts, emails or phone calls. For us, this was critical. We always felt they listened to our concerns and took them seriously, and we never felt intimidated. Bill’s help guiding us through some of our decision making was invaluable. We now have a beautiful kitchen and dining area exactly as we wanted it to be. (Hats off to Norm and Al for the beautiful cabinet and tile work, respectively.) In short, we were thoroughly impressed by Bill, Debbie, and their crew. I highly recommend Masterworks Construction and cannot say enough good things about them. We have used them for two major remodels on our home over the past 14 years, and that in itself should speak volumes. In fact, when we decided to do the second remodel, I would only consider doing it if Masterworks was going to do the work. They are very conscientious and clean and pleasant to have around, which also becomes a huge factor when you are living there during the work. Bill Leisy has a very calm, problem solving attitude which is very helpful because things inevitably come up during a project that have to be addressed. And the office staff are very helpful and friendly also. Our relationship with them is ongoing and it gives us great peace of mind to know that we can call them at any time with any maintenance issues that might come up, like for example when we had a leak in our kitchen and we were out of town, one phone call to Masterworks and they handled it for us until we got home. Their work is outstanding and they are very reliable, highly recommend them!

Masterworks provided a full house remodel. The project was completed on time and on budget. The craftsmanship was excellent. The crew was present everyday, rain or shine, and worked their entire shift. Everyone was so pleasant. The construction materials were top rate. I cannot praise this company enough.

Like most home owners, we embarked on our first kitchen remodel with trepidation. We had heard many stories of remodels gone wrong and customers who were unhappy with their outcomes that quite frankly we were scared. However, Bill and his team were a pleasure to work with and made sure the process was as seamless as any remodel can be. There were no unexpected surprises and we could always trust that the work would get done in a timely manner and on budget. We were so impressed by the quality of their work, that we decided to hire them again a few years later to do a bigger remodel of the rest of our house. Despite the massive undertaking of this second job, Bill and his team once again did not disappoint. Masterworks Construction Services is a very professional organization. They work with the owner's vision and add their years of experience to create an outstanding completed project. We had Masterwork's-Bill & Debbie Leisy, help us recreate our backyard space into an outdoor living room. It is beautiful, comfortable and a welcome addition to our home. I added raised planters, another fruit tree, two more Italian Cypress trees, an IPE deck along with a rose flagstone patio. Their employees did an amazing job on all aspects of this project and were very thoughtful at the end of each day making sure everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend Masterworks Construction for any construction on your home and will use them in the future for indoor as well as any more outdoor projects.
