Our consultant was Savanna Stephens, and she could not have been more pleasant, professional, and competent. She was exceptional to work with and she ended up giving us the perfect exterior design! They did our home In Big Bear Lake. Savanna was absolutely AMAZING!! I gave her a detailed list of things I wanted and a very ugly house to start with and she NAILED it!! The communication throughout was easy. When we opened the final product the first word out of my mouth was just... WOW. I immediately told them I have another project I want them to do. If you are wondering whether it is worth the money... I will tell you... worth every cent. Exteriors are expensive and their design allows you to move forward and spend your hard earned money with confidence.

I'd been admiring the before & after photos on Pinterest for a few months, while in the process of purchasing a home. The home that we purchased was an older home that had no curb appeal. I took the leap and hired b&b to redesign the front and back of the house. I absolutely loved the initial designs,, even though an aspect of the back was not as specified. Nonetheless, when I notified them of the ovrsight, they promptly apologized and made the adjustment. Once the design was perfect, I asked for other color options solely to see which I'd like best. I had a great experience working with the team!

We wanted to add a portico to our house. We thought we knew what style we wanted, but I'm not great at visualizing things in my head, so I was really nervous about spending a lot of money without having a good idea of what the finished product would look like first. We worked with Brick & Batten, and as it turns out, we ended up loving a design with a style that we originally weren't even considering! When the work was finished, one of the best compliments we got was from a neighbor who said the new portico looked like it just belonged there-- like it had always been there. We've recommended Brick & Batten to just about everyone who has asked about the work we had done on our house. Our Client Experience Manager, our design team, and everyone we worked with at Brick & Batten were all amazing! They were very patient and answered all our questions. We couldn't have done our project without Brick & Batten. I'm so glad we found them!

This is my first experience with B&B and it was incredible. First of all, the design is AMAZING!!! I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I feel as if the B&B design team actually read my mind and knew exactly what I had in mind. I had quite a few specific requests and every requested detail was there, and they added even more details I hadn't even thought about but are perfect touches. There is nothing I would change - the design is absolutely perfect. Even better, after I received the initial design, I needed to remove some of my requested enhancements due to budget constraints on the remodel. They completed the changes for no charge. I cannot recommend B&B enough!

Brick and batten helped tremendously in providing a vision for our large exterior remodel. I had met with several contractors and even an architect and what was missing from the start were ideas! And a clear direction. The design service was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable moving ahead and brick and batten delivered! The price is worth every penny, customer service wonderful to work with, and the deliverable is amazing in that it also provides direction and product links (which we used). Our full remodel took a year and a half to complete and I’m certain to say that I wouldn’t be as happy as I am without the help. Thank you!!

I went back and forth for months on whether or not I wanted to try and invest in this. I am so glad I did. The whole process was easy and the designers listened to what I wanted and created a design that is beautiful, functional, and that I am so excited about. It was well worth the cost. My follow-up questions were answered promptly and the revision process was seamless. I am grateful for what Brick and Batten provides and the talented team of individuals who make it a reality.

We used Brick&Batten for a facelift on our home and it came out so nice! They gave us a few design options to choose from, with all the materials and paint colors/brands so that we would have everything ready to go. The home turned out so nice and for a very affordable price we got a designer done job! Worth every penny and highly recommend.

Brick and Batten was the perfect fit for our needs. Our gut reno project was underway and decisions had to be made for the exterior design....siding vs stucco vs stone veneer etc along with paint colors. Despite already having architectural plans, we were still not 100% on board with the existing design and color scheme. B&B helped bring things to "life" with their amazing renderings and they even added a few elements we hadn't thought of, which enabled us to more comfortably make some final choices. The service is such good value in our opinion because the last thing we want is to have costly work redone. Thank you Hayden and team for being so professional and making the process as simple as can be.

Do not waste your money on this service. They did not listen to some of my non-negotiables in the first draft of the exterior redesign, and they did not do anything spectacular after the complementary redo. I basically paid $800 to have someone add wood accents on top of my windows, paint my house all white (even though I specified any neutral color will be ok), and add an awning on top of the garage. They do have any creativity. It looked like they assigned my project to an unpaid intern. Avoid them if possible.

Start here! This service alone with save you so much TIME and so much MONEY! I highly recommend it. We sent a picture of our 1938 home and they sent us back 4 paint color schemes to choose from. One of which was nearly identical to my vision. We went with the one of the color schemes and I am so happy with how it turned out! The designers do a great job and the service takes about 2 weeks. It's exhausting and overwhelming trying to decide between dozens of whites that all look the same and dozens of trim colors. Pay Brick & Batten and you will be pleasantly surprised with a vision of your home you hadn't thought of or a confirmation of your vision, either way, you will be so happy and relieved!
