My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have use Callahan & Peters on and off for 7 years, small projects and large. The latest was a remodel on a new place I bought in Glenview. The consistently deliver exceptional service and the quality of the work is outstanding. This is a group that will ALWAYS provide more than you paid for and will do anything asked. I highly recommend them for any home improvement projects you may have. The entire group is professional and all work was performed on time and within budget.

Callahan & Peters are fabulous contractors! They have done numerous jobs for us over the last 12 or so years and each time they handle the work with great care and expertise. The largest project they have done for us is a new kitchen. It is fabulous and at one year out from completion I am stilled thrilled to walk into this room each day. I give them the highest possible recommendation!!! They stand behind their work!!!

We put on a two story addition. CPI had excellent communication, and kept us informed about progress. They let us make changes and add projects, while keeping the process moving. They let us have as much or as little input on design and selections as we were comfortable with, and were helpful and respectful of our choices and needs. We loved working with everyone and we are thrilled with how beautiful our new house turned out. We are so happy we went with CPI.
