Its always exciting to be part of a Calspec job because the outcome is always nothing short of outstanding. We've worked with Jerry on many jobs and he is great to work with. He's built a really good team over the years and his work speaks for itself.

We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom remodel. In fact, Jerry did two bathroom remodels for us at the same time as well as updating an area outside of our office. He is professional, honest and most reliable. He checked on the progress daily and was always on top of things. We felt we could call him anytime with questions or concerns we had during the remodel. He also worked within our budget. We highly recommend Jerry Campbell for any job big or small.

I hired Cal-Spec to handle a tricky situation at my home. I found out that there was a non-conformant, non-permitted addition on my house that some prior owner had added long ago, and I wanted to have it corrected before selling my house. Cal-Spec did an exemplary job of getting the structure of my house into compliance with the city. They came up with a plan that would be the least financial impact to me, and worked with the city to ensure that everything was up to code, and got the necessary variances to minimize financial impact while ensuring a conformant, safe and legal structure on my house. They even went out of their way to fix minor things at the house while they were there. They handled the ENTIRE process for me. Their work was timely, high quality, and hassle-free while minimizing the cost to me. They are a high quality, highly trustworthy company, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Cal-Spec, Inc Remodeled and redeigned our 3 bedroom, 3 bathrom penthouse apartment over a 5 month period this past summer. The results were fantastic. The project was completed on time and beyound our expectations. Working with the owner and GC, Jerry Campell, was an absoulte pleasure. great commmunication, response time as well as his ideas and design made the project fun. He used great subcontractors who executed to his standards which were very high. I would highly reccomend him and use his services again in a heatbeat.

General contractor services for remodeling involving installing new tile floor in a large portion of the house and installing new carpet in the remaining part of the house. A new powder room was done, new baseboards were installed and the entire house was painted. This was a major remodeling job that last several months. We were physically away for the entire period of remodeling. Jerry was in charge of the project and we relied on him to manage all the details. He supplied us with pictures as the job progressed. The final outcome was excellent. When we finally arrived we discovered a few items that needed to be fixed. Jerry was forthright and keen to take care of the issues and he did. We were very happy with the results.

Jerry was always prompt about getting bids and doing the work. His prices were reasonable. He had great attention to detail. I was very satisfied with the work that he did. He was always available for questions. He is one of the most responsive contractors I have ever had.

I bought an Alexander in Palm Springs that was a mess inside and out. I hired Jerry as my contractor. He had to completely gut the inside. We put in new floors, windows, cabinets, sinks, bathtubs, lighting fixtures. He did an outstanding job...within budget and on time. I would recommend Cal-Spec to anyone.

Cal-Spec Inc. built a solid patio cover and entertainment area as an addition to my house. They did everything to my satisfaction, completed the job within the expected timeframe, and I am very pleased with the work and the results. The tongue and groove finish on the patio cover looks wonderful, complete with a ceiling fan. Also, as part of the project, Cal-Spec Inc. built a barbecue island/outdoor kitchen that I use frequently. I plan to enjoy my outdoor entertaining area for many years. I would highly recommend this contactor.

We had our Kitchen remodeled last year. Jerry gave us some suggestions then we picked out the material and colors we wanted. The work was done fast and very through. In a project such as this communication is very important. Jerry always responded promptly to our questions and concerns. We were so pleased with the kitchen completion that we had Cal Spec return this year to remodel the master bathroom. Again the same results. A super job. Great communication.
