I don't know how she did it...but she did it. She took my bizzarre, odd 1970's house, showed off all the most wonderful things about it and why we loved it for 10 years, and had it closed within 2 months. She managed to find the perfect family for it, so our beloved house that we left behind when we moved to California will be taken care of for many years to come. She was patient and kind while working with us, and took any concerns we had and put them at ease. I loved working with her, and would recommend her to anyone who needs an agent.

We hired Cassie to sell our family home based on the "gut feel" we got on meeting her in person - she's energetic, straightforward, realistic and knows the market. Cassie and her husband Sol are simply amazing! As a first time home buyer, my biggest fear was a real estate agent that was pushy and/or too busy to provide us the attention we were looking for. I had nothing to worry about with Cassie as she was patient and a great adviser to my wife and me. Whether it was telling us to stay away from a home because of concerns with build quality, or making sure we could see a home just listed ASAP, Cassie was simply fantastic.
