Cheri and Sandro are two of the most honest, sincere and genuine people I have been previledged to work with over the last year. I came into knowing them through the Greater Vancouver Homebuilders Association and also through meeting with their partnered associates. I rarely meet a contractor who has the integrity and regard for his clients the way Sandro does, but more so his level of hands on experience and knowledge of building and technical skill set. He is a a true craftsman and leads his team not by saying but by doing. He is an example of a true leader not only personally but professionally. Cheri is equally as kind and authentic in her communication with their clients. You feel like she has your best interests and concerns at heart and goes to great lengths to make you feel listened to and cared for. No stone goes unturned with the level of detail these two people take into account on every project. Sandro and his team are the best people we have dealt with for the last 6 months or so as we undertook major renovations in our home's upper floor. From the design process to materials to the finished product - we have had no issues at all even with minor design, materials changes along the way. Sandro is a true professional and also fixed a few things on our main floor at very little cost. On budget and on time. We are very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of his team. We have some more work to do on the outside of our home and we will definitely use his company to do the work. Very highly motivated. 100% recommended.

Sandro saved us from a fire hazard. We weren't getting power to an outlet so we asked Abstract Homes and Renovations to help us and investigate. Turns out the homeowner before us neglected to do proper wiring and the wires were loose and sparking when Sandro went in to investigate. He went above and beyond in helping us and ensuring our safety. We will not hesitate to ever call on Sandro for help. Thank you!

From its very outset,Sandro and Cheri are very professional,knowledgeable and honest.We did a complete renovation of our townhouse (from ceiling to ceiling, washroom, kitchen, bedrooms,laundry room, flooring, and the installation of appliances.) We totally left everything to Sandro because we trust him and he totally made sure that every project was done to specifications as discussed. The completion of the renovation was on time and the whole place was cleaned up and ready to move in.We inspected the place and are very happy with Sandro's supervision of the whole project. We definitely highly recommend Sandro to anyone who is looking for a honest, reliable contractor.

Sandro is an amazing craftsman. There is nothing he can't do and does it all with perfection, on budget and on time. He manages the tradesmen on a tight timeline. Sandro ensures that the job site is kept as clean as possible, vacuums and also makes sure that all tools and equipment are put away properly each day. I hired ABSRACT HOMES & RENOVATIONS INC. to renovate my 25 year old kitchen. When it was finished, I could not believe the transformation. The wow factor was amazing.
