Archadeck of Chicagoland

Poor craftsmanship, did not QC, needed to redo the railing more than once. Many boards not aligned. Seemed to be novice with composite.

Archadeck kept me informed throughout the process. I would know each day who was coming and what work would be completed. The final result is beautiful. When the project was completed the work site was clean.

We were a little concerned when we only had one guy building our deck. I am so glad that we did. He did a great job very professional as was the staff, we always had great communication threw the whole process. We love our deck and it is high quality and so much stronger then the builders grade deck we had. We have been enjoying our deck since it was finished in July. From beginning to end the process was good and so were the results. Architecting our deck went easily. We're in IL and they poured the footings in Dec. before the weather got too cold and then continued to build through Dec-Feb. We weren't in a hurry which helped since there was a wait for the vinyl windows until March (winter plan shut down). We "took possession" in April after the final village inspection which was a slam dunk. From that moment on, we've had neighbors coming by to see it and ask about it. They've all recognized the attention to detail, the value of the windows, upgraded spindles, and hefty build character. We just finished staining and now everyone that walks in says they feel like their in a cabin in the north woods. We can't wait to retire and live out there all day long. Super smart decision to go with Archadeck. Highly recommend without hesitation.

We decided to go with Archadeck due to rave reviews from my wife's boss. Kristen was able to accommodate our schedule and she came up with a patio design we really liked. The process was very easy and smooth. We modified the original design by adding a sitting wall and using a different color for the pavers. Once everything was finalized, Kristen had an amazing crew do the work. The crew completed approx 400 sq ft of patio, with 2 stoops, a short pathway, and sitting wall in just 2.5 days. Grass started growing back in about a week. If we ever need more work done, we'll definitely be going with them again!

After considerable experience and hiring of contractors, and research on contractors to design and construct our outdoor living space, we decided to hire Archadeck of Chicagoland. We could not be more pleased. The owners were very involved and staff were so responsive and professional. From beginning to end, Archadeck made it easy and enjoyable for us. The quality of the work and professionalism is unsurpassed by any other contracting group we have worked with, over the years.

We had a great experience with this designer/builder. They asked great questions to help us come up with a design for our deck that worked best with our needs. They kept within our budget as well as setting up the infrastructure for a possible addition in the future. When problems arose on the property they were so easy to work with and came up with solutions that benefited us. When the project was complete they come back and make any necessary fixes or tweaks that might come up. There was one board on a railing that I did not like and they replaced it quickly. Loved working with them and would absolutely hire them in the future.

Everyone at Archadeck went out of their way to make this project go as smoothly as possible. Their dedication shows in the final project.
