CGD is a full service single family residential design and project management firm versed in site built, panelized and prefab design and construction methods. Over the past 24 years we have worked with homeowners and builders across the country utilizing a systematic and integrated design approach to delivering our projects. New projects undergo a rigorous feasibility period focused on understanding possibilities with the property, identifying the consulting team, engaging a general contractor and determining the best method of fabrication. Our design process is client driven and focused on creating high quality, energy efficient and affordable green buildings that reflect the lifestyle and aesthetic goals of our clients. We utilize building information modeling (BIM) to support the design , estimation ,documentation and permitting of our projects. Our services support design, engineering, and consultation to custom home clients and builders . Our project types include custom homes, single family residential, ADU’s, DADU,s, detached hospitality, prototype and product designs. We are based in the Pacific Northwest and actively service all states.
