City Homes, LLC

City Homes LLC advertised and then agreed to build us a home within an agreed upon budget. Owner Rebecca Remick shared the agreed upon budget with the Architect (recommended by City Homes) and all agreed that any changes to the budget would be pre-approved. They came back after several months with a home that was significantly over budget despite assuring us throughout the process that we were within the agreed upon budget. Owner Rebecca Remick is disorganized and dishonest. Do not trust City Homes LLC or Rebecca Remick to build your home.

When we first made the decision to build, we really did our due diligence with finding the perfect builder. From the moment we met with City Homes we knew they would be passionate about building our dream home and that really held true throughout the entire process. I came to them with an idea for just about every inch of the house and wanted a builder who would execute each one of those ideas. City Homes did not disappoint. Every idea has come to life exactly how I imagined. Our house is the perfect blend of form and function and everyone who comes in says it is so, “us.” We love our home beyond words and would work with City Homes again and again.

We have been working with City Homes for a couple years now across multiple projects. Rebecca and her team are highly skilled and attentive to clients’ needs and have a customized approach in their work to create high quality, high-functioning homes to meet the demands of the client’s lifestyle with unique and timeless design to round it out. The experience of building our forever home with City Homes exceeded our expectations in every way. From the very beginning, we knew we were on the same page when we showed an inspirational photo of a home style we loved to Rebecca, and she presented the same exact photo to us from her archive. We were ecstatic to acquire the perfect lot at the right price, find the right architect for our style, and hash out the details during a global pandemic. My family built our home with City Homes in 2019/2020. Our company provided the low voltage and audio/video systems in the City Homes 2017 Luxury Home Tour Model. Over the 6+ month build process I got to know the entire staff and they were nothing but professional and fun to work with!

City Homes is truly the best of the best!!! We had an amazing experience with them and continue to have a great relationship with them almost a year later after we bought our home! We hired Malooly Inc, to renovate the exterior of our home. With the help of their designer, Chris Malooly, and his team of professional workers, they recreated our outdated 1950's exterior into a classic gem. We enjoyed working with Chris and team - they were timely, respectful of our privacy, schedule and young children, clean, tidy, and detail oriented. We recommend City Homes and Malooly Inc, to our friends and family for quality worksmanship, great vision, and a robust work ethic.
