This custom, 5,100 square foot Mountain Modern home, was beautifully crafted both inside and out! With only a small, sliver lot to work with, City Homes successfully fit the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house with room to spare for a 16-foot tall sport court! Inside the home features a custom-crafted steel stringer open staircase with cable rails, steel posts, and 3.5 inch-thick wide oak stair treads. On the main level, we utilized Marvin Bi-Fold Doors to extend the living area into the Phantom screened-in porch. The whole home was based around the serene views of the lake! With an additional private rooftop balcony, the future homeowners will be able to enjoy endless views of Lake Minnetonka all year round!
