Wow!! I called to ask Chad about some exterior paint colors I loved from his gallery and he knew them off the top of his head. He was able to give me a few options to consider and another home of his to check out. He was very kind and helpful!!

We bought a home from Chad this past March and he has been a delight to work with. The home he built for us is outstanding and the finishes are great. All the appliances inside the home are topnotch, he thought of everything! He has been very hands on and helpful making sure everything has been completed or any changes we asked for were made, even after we purchased the house. We just bought a home from CJB in February. We can not say enough good things about our home. We live it!! We are also amazed at the attention to detail that we've seen in our home. Before seeing our home which is a stunning modern, we looked at another home a street over. We almost put an offer on that home. However, our Relator said hold on, I have one more home to show you. When we walked in our mouths dropped. This home is a masterpiece. There was no comparison between the two homes and we put an offer In that evening. My Relator and the Relator representing the other house I almost bought said I made the right choice as Chad is one of the few builders that knows what he's doing and is invested beyond just the sale of the home. This is so true. Since, we've moved in, I've called Chad so many times for silly things and he would come over that day to show me how to work something. He's even lent me his painters because I wanted my wall painted. Chad is someone who cares about his home owners and his product. It's not just about making a sale. I have never experienced this level of service.

I love this house! I spoke to the builder and he was really great. He shared the details of the paint colors off the top of his head and was extremely helpful. This is a knowledgeable experienced builder with beautiful houses. I highly recommend.

We have done a lot of business with this builder. If you are wanting someone who will meet all your needs and expectations this is the builder you hire. His homes are perfect from the foundation up. Everything is plumb, square and level, you don't see this perfection with many builders in the area. Chad is very professional and kind, he doesn't make promises he can't keep. He meets all deadlines. The finished product of his homes is Spectacular, you will not find anything in his homes that was done poorly or out of code.
