Conor Forde Painting

Conor Forde Painting was selected to paint our 3 story condo building. It had not been painted for years, so it needed lots of prep work, etc. We wanted to change the color and apply new decorative molding to the upper level. They did an excellent job "start to finish". We had several estimates and felt Conor Forde was the best. Conor reviewed the entire job with us prior to starting and checked in with us throughout the job. His team did prep work, caulking, etc. They showed up on time each day and did an excellent job. Very respectful of the condo owners and neighbor's who live close to us. We will use them again for our next paint job. Great company.

I have had the pleasure of working with Conor Forde and his painting crew for ten years. They have painted the exterior of several houses and stained a redwood porch and forty feet of steps numerous times. Conor is a very responsible, reliable, honest and professional businessman and painter. He is a pleasure to work with for a number of reasons. He always shows up when he says he will. He is extremely trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable not only about painting but also about other areas of construction. For example, he discovered termites in an area of one of the houses and correctly advised me how to handle the problem. He was able to refer me to associated professionals who were able to correct the problem. The prices he charges are very fair for the level of prep work done and the level of painting performed. I also like working with his crew. Most of them have been with him for a long time. They are also very competent, honest, and reliable. I have a Victorian which is painted multiple colors. The crew is able to beautifully render complex color schemes. The level of their prep work is excellent. Both of my houses have a history of multiple leaks. Conor has gone above and beyond the call of duty in terms of helping me deal with this ongoing problem. Often he is able to identify the cause of the leak and correct it. If he is not able to do so, he has referred me to contractors who have done an excellent job taking care of the problem. In conclusion, I highly recommend Conor Forde and his painting company. Conor and his staff are very easy to work with. They are all respectful and reliable and do a great job painting! We have hired them several times over the years for various indoor painting jobs and have never been disappointed! Most recently they refinished our backyard deck and it looks as good as new.

Conor and his team have done multiple projects for my house, both directly and sub-contracted through our excellent San Francisco contractor, Cairn Construction. Most recently they painted the entire interior, exterior, and also did extensive trim and moulding staining. They are very thorough, will help with color consultations, and "work well with others" when the overall schedule is being worked out.

The painting job on my house conducted by Conor Forde was excellent. Their preparation was thorough, the work was done expediently, and the quality was top notch. Plus they did everything they said they were going to do. Although the cost was higher than some other bids, I thought that the cost was fair given the quality of the work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Conor Forde is our prefered contact for any painting in and around our house. He is to the point, has a good eye for detail and color, gets the job done on time and leaves the house behind clean and neat. Everyone who works for him is truly pleasant and trustworthy. We have hired him multiple times for different projects (indoor and outdoor), the latest one being last week, when he painted one of our rooms. He also painted the outside of our house 2 years ago, which obviously was a much bigger project, but we were very happy.

We've worked with Conor twice – first, as part of a remodel, then later to paint the front of our Victorian. Conor is great to work with. He's friendly, responsive and reliable.
