I have used Cooks Kitchen and Bath to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen in 2015 and 2016 respectively. The spaces turned out to be better than what I had envisioned. My bathroom is more usable with the extra storage space and large walk in shower. My kitchen is open to the living area so that I can be connected to my guests while working in the kitchen. With my kitchen remodel, unexpected problems occurred that extended the project, but Cooks Kitchen and Bath help me through all of the roadblocks and now I have a kitchen that is the envy of all my friends.

Dave Cook put us at ease as this was our first major remodeling project of a bathroom. He explained everything in understandable terms and there were no surprises. They were always open to changes and suggestions, and seemed genuinely interested in giving us the bathroom we wanted. Chris Cook, who did the demolition and most of the work that wasn't sub-contracted out, always explained what he was doing. He consulted with us at the beginning and end of the day during the construction and gave us a projected schedule with any changes or delays. Communications were always very good as they would be available in person or by phone at any time or call back within minutes of getting a message. Chris was meticulous about clean up and containing any lead paint and keeping dust out of the rest of the house. They had an excellent interior designer, Shandrika Powell, who helped us with color choices, tile & floor selection and mirror design. The Cooks put us in touch with good vendors with whom they had a good working relationship and who were knowledgeable and easy to work with. A minor concern for us was that there were no schematic drawings or computer graphics of the walls that would show the placement of the fixtures. This might have saved repositioning of some of these fixtures. The bathroom was usable by the deadline, though there were a few items which took longer to arrive because of back orders or shipping delays. Our bathroom is now the most pleasant room in the house which delights us every time we walk into it. The Cooks were always personable, patient and respectful, and we are considering hiring them for a kitchen remodel next.

This is a great company to work with and they do excellent work. They redesigned/remodeled my kitchen. They do one job at a time which I liked, no horror stories here of a remodel taking months to complete. They have a great network of companies (all local craftsmen) that do the electric, flooring, plastering, etc. When workmen arrived they came and introduced themselves, told me what they were there to do and always let me know when they left. Anytime I had a question or concern Dave or Chris were just a phone call away. With a completion of the job, new friends were made. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a first class company.

Cook's Kitchen & Bath is well known to us as they previously updated our main bathroom. We appreciated the knowledge and quality of their work and was happy with the end results.. They did not disappoint on our kitchen remodel. Work was superior. It was within budget though deadline was delayed several weeks because of flooring issues. Attitude always remained professional and friendly. We would hire them again without hesitation.

I hired this company to convert my old bathtub to an accessible shower. The shower was finished just about a year ago and I am very pleased with the job that they did. They worked closely with me to make sure that we agreed on what was to be done, they provided me with a detailed cost estimate. they let me know how long the work would take and when they would be available to begin. The work started on the agreed date, the final cost was very close to the estimate, the job was completed within the expected time span and the finished product was exactly what I wanted. Besides the excellent quality of the work, I was especially appreciative of their professionalism. From the first, I felt comfortable with them, their work and their presence in my household. I would hire them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I have used Cook's Kitchen and Bath for 3 remodeling projects Dave uses a design program to help the client visualize the finished project. I can say, that I have been very satisfied with Dave's work and when I have friends over, they are impressed as well.

My home Flooded in December of 2012. The insurance company asked me to find a Contractor to get a bid. Dave form Cook's Kitchen and Bath, was there every step of the way. he was at all meets with subcontractors, during planning and design. They did a phenomenal job. They turned a disastrous event into a beautiful home.

We had a walk in tub installed, rails, toilet, cabinet, mirror and light fixtures. Flat screen TV wired and mounted on the wall. Granite on kitchen counters and back splash and granite sink, induction cook-top and pendant lights over bar. We were given completion times that were met. Everybody played well together. We are very happy with all the work that was done and will definitely use Dave and Chris again for any future work we may want done. We highly recommend Cooks Kitchen and Bath, inc. Both bathrooms in my house were falling apart - and I finally found a contractor who was able to remodel BOTH at the same time, and always left me one toilet for use overnight. How good were these guys? On time? Check! Ability to meet deadlines and budget? Check! Patient and helpful in guiding my in choices and details? Check! And one of the most amazing things was, every night my house was cleaned up!!! When I'm ready to remodel my kitchen, I'll be turning to Cook's Kitchen and Bath - and this time I won't have to research and interview 1/2 dozen other contractors before I make up my mind. It's been two years since the job was done, and I still LOVE my new bathrooms.

Cooks Kitchen and Bath was a great find! I looked online and they were one of several I called. I was very impressed with their response time. I got a phone call within an hour or so from Chris Cook who advised me he was on another job, but would call me back later that evening. They came over to assess the bathroom we needed remodeled the following day. And thus began a really awesome experience. They are great communicators and even better re-modelers. Very artistic eye. Very respectful of the living areas they walk through. They covered everything with drop clothes and cleaned up behind themselves every day when they left. Once they start the job, they FINISH it (instead of disappearing for weeks as some contractors do). Very helpful in decisions and mindful of the budget. There was nothing that was a surprise once the work was started -- except that it actually cost them LESS to fix the damage than we had originally thought. And my final product is a beautiful new bathroom that everyone has remarked on who has seen it! They actually CARE about doing a good job and being sure that you are happy with it. They stand behind their work! I would recommend them without reservation!
