Covenant Construction is outstanding!! We looked at several London ON construction companies— I was verifying experience, financial stability, quality, timeliness to complete and professionalism. Covenant scores a solid 10/10. They are amazing— the staff including Randy, Leah, Jerry are the friendliest, most reliable, honest, and experts we ran into. We trusted them with a complete, major renovation of house that required us to move out and spend +500K, and they delivered on time (despite supply chain issues), they kept all their promises and were fantastic to deal with. We were referred to Covenant by a friend and hired Covenant to completely renovate a master bathroom and a sunroom. We truly appreciated the professionalism, integrity and skill of all those who worked on the projects: Craig, Bonnie, Dan, Bob and Justin. Craig was great at keeping stress levels low and troubleshooting. Bonnie was fantastic at helping us recreate the look and feel of a beautiful bathroom originally built in the mid-1930s. She was beyond attentive to the design details and a pleasure to work with. We enjoy the end result of these renovations every single day. Thank you team Covenant!

I have used Covenant Construction for a number of remodelling projects including a major house renovation on an old Victorian home and a complete bathroom renovation. They also installed vinyl windows and screens on a screen porch for my parents. I would recommend them to anyone for any project without hesitation. They provided thorough plan ahead of time including costs, kept to their stated timeline, updated me when there were unforeseen issues, completed the work promptly and in a professional manner. The staff were excellent, polite, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Craig also helped me in a pinch when I had an issue installing the duct for a dryer, and never even charged me anything for a whole days work over the Christmas holidays. I wholeheartedly recommend Covenant Construction.

Our detached garage and rear porch project were completed during the Covid pandemic. Craig, Randy and team provided us with a wonderful end result. We have had traffic stop on the road in front of our home to look at our garage. Many strangers have approached, to comment on the way the garage ‘fits’ our home. The project came within our estimated budget, even though the Pandemic prices of materials skyrocketed. We are very happy with the garage and porch, which add significantly to the value of our home. Knowing that Covenant Construction deals with only very reliable sub trades, when necessary, made the progress of our project even better.

This is been a very long time in coming: Over a couple of months ago we had COVENANT CONSTRUCTION do a fairly large renovation in our home. Each time we have tried to write a review we found that it was way way too long ....several pages long ,as everything from start to finish was a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star or more,and we were trying to explain it all. We’ve just come back from a couple of days away and I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to walk into our “new” 50-year-old home!owners of COVENANT CONSTRUCTION, Bonnie & Craig , and our foreman Dan his crew are an unbelievable group to work with, and the finished product for us fit our lifestyle perfectly! The quality of their workmanship shone through! There were no hiccups or hitches along the way because they communicated with us before they started and had the trades required lined up as well. They were right on target both in time and budget with no surprises along the way, But maybe most of all, the caring and respect for us while doing the work was wonderful and greatly appreciated and made us feel like we were part of their family. Covenant construction built a bar in my basement and were very professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. From the initial meeting to see the space to work with to picking out cupboards/handles/sink it was a very smooth process. They had recommendations for me at their store for cupboards, handles, and counter tops. Installation day went very smooth as the installers arrived on time and got the job done. I was very impressed with the whole process and the time it took from start to finish. The bar turned out amazing. High recommended.

We had our kitchen renovated late last year. The demolition was completed while we were away on holidays and when we got home I couldn’t believe how neat & tidy everything was. The floor was completely covered from the front door so that the trades people could come in and out. Bonnie was very good in helping us pick out colours & styles. We basically told her what was on our wish list and everything came together beautifully. We are extremely happy with the quality and workmanship provided by Covenant Construction and would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again on our next project.

We hired Covenant Construction to take on several renovation projects at our home over an 18 month period. The projects included, new mud room, redo of powder room, redo of kids bathroom, redo of two level decking into composite, new cabinet work in the kitchen and renovation of a dining room into a stunning home office for my wife and I to work in. They did high quality work, it was well planned, organized, well communicated and they wrapped up the project in the approximate timeline that they laid out. We were happy with their work and have referred others to them.

We hired Covenant Construction to add a bedroom and enlarge an existing bedroom. We also added a custom closet and bookcase to the one bedroom. The work was professionally done and completed within the time frame and price initially quoted. We are extremely pleased with the extra space that was created and the value-add to the property.

I have used Craig and Bonnie of Covenant Construction, for two Major renovations of our home. They provided outstanding technical, and design advise, which helped us to make our home everything we dreamed. We were always kept informed of any issues, and the impacts to our budget. We were interested in a quality result, and were given lots of options to manage the budget. Our First project ( back in 2009) was an addition, expanding our kitchen and adding a main floor family room - This project transformed our home and always draws wows from first time guests. More recently they updated our living room adding a spectacular gas fireplace, contemporary custom staircase and main floor powder room. The craftsmen who worked at our home were friendly, respectful and exceptional workmen. I felt very comfortable having them in the house. The quality of the jobs done for us have been outstanding and I recommend them with no hesitation.
