We hired D & A Home Renovations to build an ADU from the ground up. A two story addition. While they were not the lowest quote we received, we went with them because I saw their work and loved the quality of their work. So happy that we did. The quality of the end product is one that we brag about often. Their terms of payment was accomplishment based and spelled very clearly in his contract. D & A did a FANTASTIC job on our kitchen. We got our whole kitchen remodeled and couldn’t of asked for better result. They do quality work in a timely manner i 10/10 would recommend!

Alex did an excellent job. I will definitely use him in the future!! His crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves AND never asked to use my bathroom. Very professional.

I discussed my vision of a new bathroom with Mr. Kelley. Mr. Kelley and his crew delivered beyond my expectations of a new bathroom. Whenever I called Mr. Kelley or his Forman, they answered or called me back within 24 hours. Mr. Kelley and Forman made sure my bathroom stay on scheduled. His crew cleaned up every day. There was no debris left on my property.. One of the outlets was making a strange sound. I called Mr. Kelley he said “I have a solution to that problem”. The outlet was replaced in less than two hours. I love the look of my new bathroom thanks to D&A Home Renovations. Would I recommend this company to family and friends? I was immediately impressed by the owner’s ability to give suggestions around my project without being overly aggressive. My goal was to create a “rental” unit. He kept me on task (and within budget) while creating a beautiful space that meets my standards. We hit a couple of snags which should be expected on bigger jobs but they were handled professionally and timely. Ultimately the project completed in a reasonable timeframe and within budget.

The owner of the company Alex Kelley is the most professional, he has remodeled 2 houses for me, I wouldn’t go to any other company he’s crew did a great job and at a very reasonable price.

D&A remodeled my kitchen, two bathrooms, and fireplace stone. They also painted the inside of my home and put in vinyl flooring. They did an excellent job. They were very detailed oriented. I was very pleased with the work they did.
