She came on time and we walked room by room and listened to her suggestions to depersonalize and rearrange our things. Living in our large family home for 30+ years, we needed to make it appeal to a young family and emphasize spaciousness. Using our own things, replacing one light fixture, moving furniture a bit, it all came together. With her written follow up report, we did 99% of her suggestions and feel that it really helped. I was really nervous about selling my house in the middle of a Michigan winter. A top selling point of my home was the yard and the landscaping, none of which you see in the middle of winter. After discussing with my agent, we decided to go with staging for that wow factor. Impact came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. When I saw the job, I almost didn't want to move anymore! At the end of two and a half days I had 13 above sales price offers. The amazing staging job more than paid for itself. Impact Home Staging did a wonderful job staging my parents' home in preparation for its sale, resulting in a very quick sale at $50k over the asking price. The furnishings and decor Michelle selected and arranged were extremely appropriate and complimentary of the home's architectural features and colors, giving it a very upscale, comfortable ambience and taking into account several requests I made regarding the desired "look". It did not look like typical home staging decor, but like well-thought-out interior design. Marie and others that assisted with coordination of the staging and de-staging were also great to work with. I would highly recommend Impact's services based on this experience.

Joan was spot on in staging our contemporary condo in Ann Arbor. The colors, shapes, and placement of the tasteful furnishings and artwork made the already beautiful space pop.
