Our architect recommended Dax, and we were lucky that he did. We all worked well together from the start; with great ideas on what could be done, a good friendly attitude and detailed pricing. We took our home down to the studs and completely renovated it. The outcome is incredible, the space feels twice the size and it’s filled with light. We couldn’t be happier. Dax’s work is top notch and we can really see the quality compared to other jobs we’ve seen. We love our home so much, and have enjoyed working with Dax and his crew. They have all been wonderful to work with. If you have a project, big or small, hire DC Construction!

Dax (Sensitive Information Hidden) is a perfectionist in all aspects building homes, additions, remodeling. He’s also does the electrical work himself. He lays out wiring neatly so there are no mistakes making it easy to work on down the road. He also did our hard wired network. We had Dax do a 2 story addition and the remodel of an existing bathroom and family room.

We have used DC Construction for a number of projects over the years. Including a kitchen remodel, new construction on a stand-alone 4 car garage, updating electrical panel and taking PGE wiring, cable and phone lines under ground, eliminating some unsightly utility poles that ran across our property. Dax is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. What stands out to me is the quality of his work, he knows his business and prides himself on excellent craftsmanship that stands the test of time. In addition, he is a strong communicator and has always delivered on his commitments. (projects done on time with no big cost over runs). D C Construction was the finish contractor for my new build on the Russian river. They basically wrapped up the new build for me by installing all of the nickel gap, installing floating shelves, privacy barriers, built new fences, hung all of the blinds, installed all trim, etc etc. All of the work was top-notch and they went above and beyond to even ensure all of the windows were cleaned inside and out before we moved in. Overall, quick to respond and went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure my project was moving forward.

We were referred to DC by our architects, as a thorough, reasonable, creative yet craftsman-style contractor. No disappointments on any level. We needed to refurb a studio unit which was legalized 20+ years ago, but several items had fallen into disrepair over that time. So DC and his team came in and did a dozen or more things - some small, but several were large, messy and complicated. DC was full of ideas on not only how to fix things, but also to improve the items overall - like better energy efficiency, better access to systems for ongoing maintenance, and so on. We value his "additions" and enhancements to our list, the benefit of his years of experience, and just a great guy to work with. Thank you Dax! Highly recommended!

Had a masterbath room remolded and they did a horrible job. Three years later bathroom drain leaking and job had to be redone. I would not recommend unless you want a botched job.

I hired DC construction to build our Veterinary Hospital in Cotati. The end result was it is perfect, and we did it within budget. DC came in with a bid that was actually higher than all of the other bids I got and at first thought it would be a no go. Upon reviewing all the bids, I found out that DC's bid was the only one that had everything that would be required. Upon reviewing it with the other contractors, everyone said they would have "caught that" during construction and addressed it with a change order. That scared the crap out of me because I had to manage to a specific budget. In the end, we had to make a few adjustments to bring it in under budget, but we did, and the place came out great. Dax meet not only the budget but also the timeframe, that was tight. He was a pleasure to work with and the quality of work was outstanding. The man knows his stuff, and in the end, truly saved my project. If you have a limited budget, Dax will keep you in reality, and if quality is your concern, you will very happy.
