We had the absolute best experience with David and Desco Homes building our house. We got to know David when he built our neighbor's house several years ago. We saw how professional and involved he was in the process. We also saw how available and present he was, which is why we chose him to build our house. It was the best decision we could have made. He always listened to our ideas, shared his own ideas, and had an exceptional team build our house. it was a very collaborative, positive experience. My husband and I decided it was time to remodel our master bath which dated back to 1991, the age of our house. The built-in jacuzzi and along with the built-in framed shower stall needed to go...asap...along with the sinks, floral wallpaper, carpet, window shade, etc. Desco Fine Homes had just moved into our neighborhood and I found out that they did remodeling along with new construction. After meeting with the owner, David Goettsche, and after listening to his ideas and proposal we felt so very confident in choosing his company to do the project We were given the start up/demolition date along with the estimated completion date and it all worked well with our schedules. Now for the demolition...our bathroom was totally gutted except for cabinetry and our very large mirrors which we wanted to keep. Knowing this was my very first remodel of any kind, David was so helpful in listing the businesses I needed to contact for selecting tile, fixtures, wallpaper, lighting, and paint color. He even had the list in the order his contractors would be needing these items. This worked out very well for me ! Another important note: Our mirrors were framed beautifully and David had the light fixtures installed on the mirrors, thus, giving us twice the brightness...a definite plus ! Our master bath is so beautiful now, thanks to David ! We love everything about it ! We found David Goettsche of Desco Fine Homes LLC to be so very professional and genuine in his business; we highly recommend him for any of your remodeling needs. -

My wife and I contracted Desco Fine Homes to tear down our existing M-Streets home and build a larger custom home. Desco Fine Homes is an experienced and professional builder. Their diligence, communication, creativity, and attention to detail gave us an overwhelmingly positive building experience. The project had, as many projects do, snags and last minute custom requests (Pinterest) but David and his team did everything they could to keep us on schedule, on budget and provide us with a home that is truly ours. We have used David Goettsche and Desco Fine Homes for multiple projects over the last seven or eight years, up to and including the construction of large custom home. Very professional, organized and honest, with excellent quality work. He holds his subcontractors to a high standard, getting the job done properly, on schedule and on budget. In addition to the new home he has also renovated two condominiums for us. The current project is a follow-on to a major condo renovation.
