We recently hired Designtheory, which is run by Dol and Leanne, to furnish and decorate our new home's living room, family room, and master bedroom. Based on their Houzz profile, we saw that their style evoked an eclectic, modern, and colourful feel which matched our taste. Dol and Leanne made the process very seamless and painless in many ways. All we had to do was convey our vision to them, and using their years of design experience, they were able to translate our vision into reality (and stay on budget). Dol and Leanne were also very accessible, always answering our questions and being very receptive to our feedback and concerns. Every step of the way, we felt like they truly cared about us being happy and putting together a high-quality finished product that we would enjoy. These ladies are true professionals and great people to work with, and I would trust them with our next project without a doubt.

I was always skeptical abt hiring designers until I met Leanne and Adolphina at DesignTheory. The reason I was skeptical was when you hire a designer, you need to be ready for a third opinion, yours, your partners and then them. I wasn’t sure I could... but when I met the girls from DesignTheory, it was different... they had a very similar vision for my house as I did. They almost completed my sentences!!! I knew then, they were the ones! And, just as I imagined, they were amazing!!! Not only did they know exactly what I wanted, they executed everything flawlessly.

It was a pleasure working with Adolphina of Designtheory. She uses the perfect balance of her personal vision, the clients' sensitivities and our talent to create beautiful projects. She had the inspiration to use one of our couture details on the back of the dining room chairs, setting them apart from anything you can find in a catalogue. Leanne and Adolphina of Designtheory were a pleasure to work with! We hired them to decorate our new modern custom home in Port Credit. Their level of service was excellent and accommodated our timeline and budget. They were open to incorporating some of our existing pieces into the design and suggesting others that would compliment them. They took the time to come to various furniture and lighting showrooms with us to review the options we were contemplating and helped us narrow down the choices. They provided excellent advice on design direction in terms of style, fabric selections, overall colour palette and quality and selection for furnishings.
