Synergy Design Development

We highly recommend Synergy Design Development for your landscape architectural needs. Drew is an experienced professional with a great eye for detail and functionality of space. Drew listened carefully to our ideas, needs, and areas of concern, and helped us see our backyard from a new perspective. He developed a beautiful design for our backyard that will be practical and functional. It was a small design, but was giving us a big headache before meeting Drew. Drew was considerate and thoughtful about our budget, and was efficient and responsive in all communication. A great experience working with Drew - very much recommended.

We bought a house with unlimited potential, but with some unique architectural complications. We were looking to build an addition to the house that (1) dramatically improves curb appeal; (2) is functional; (3) preserves and enhances the views from the house’s vantage points; (3) could be phased in an orderly fashion over several years; and (4) would not cost more than we could reasonably recover on resale. This was not an easy task, but Drew sat down with us and reviewed our existing plans and really listened to our ideas for the home. We had some crude concepts that really needed to be flushed out and verified. We really wanted a professional option about the direction. Drew came back with a design that exceeded our expectations in every way. Our project is quite large and we wanted to phase construction and he came up with a way to do this very easily. Drew’s overall design was incredibly cohesive with the existing look of the house. The addition doesn’t look like an addition; the overall design makes it seem as though the house should have always been this way. Thanks to Drew, we are confident that we will be spending our money in a way that would really increase the value of the home.

We recently worked with Drew on a whole house remodel, pool house addition and yard remodel, including the addition of an outdoor kitchen. Drew’s artistic talent, attention to detail and professionalism are unparalleled. My husband and I absolutely love Drew’s designs and were continually impressed with his collaborative nature and willingness to listen to our ideas and incorporate them into his plans. In addition, Drew is a wonderful person. He is honest and hardworking, and he took care of us from the beginning of the project to the end. Remodeling and construction can be stressful but Drew made it easy and seamless. We highly recommend Drew and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Drew recently helped us design an addition to our home as well as a substantial remodel of our family room and master bath. We can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, meticulousness and openness to incorporate our ideas and give us a plan that exceeds our expectations. One of the qualities I specially want to call out about Drew is his attention to detail. There were many occasions when he would remember small details that could easily be missed by others and could potentially affect the overall design or our satisfaction. There were also times when we were running behind on responding to him or not moving fast enough on something and we really appreciated how he never dropped the ball and kept his and our focus on the end goal. Our construction has just started but we will not hesitate to give him a call again for other projects and have already recommended him to some of our friends. We believe you will be in great hands working with Drew.

We had never worked with an Architect, but we were very pleasantly surprised by our experience working with Drew. He had great ideas, explained things thoroughly, and was very responsive over email to our zillions of questions. We especially appreciated how well thought-out Drew's designs were, how he accounted for the most minute details to make our front porch both beautiful, functional, and durable. We would definitely work with Drew again for a future project.

Drew Pasek of Synergy Design Development has been a great partner for CASE Design/Remodeling. In the past year, he has assisted with architectural design on two additions and two exterior remodels with great success. Drew is extremely creative, organized, and an excellent communicator both with our team and as a partner with our clients. He aligns well with their design goals and style and his conceptual renderings are outstanding in helping our clients visualize possibilities. He listens and adapts to client needs, provides design options in alignment with budgetary goals, and is able to build value and excitement for the suggestions he has that go beyond the clients’ original ideas. His final construction details are thorough and complete and he has worked well interfacing with our engineering partner. Drew sets realistic expectations and meets timeline commitments consistently while being willing to extend himself to meet tight deadlines. He also works closely with our interior design staff to minimize gaps and overlaps in our roles and responsibilities. We’ve enjoyed having Drew as a key CASE partner!

Drew worked with us to design an addition to our home. His attention to detail is second to none!!! He has an eye not only for the details but also has an artistic vision in his plans. He listened to, incorporated and enhanced our ideas in the plans that he presented to us. He was also very prompt in our communications with him. Overall, not just an excellent architect but amiable and great to work with.

Drew was hired on our exterior remodel project as the architect to provide design concepts and provide detailed designs/plans. He listened to our ideas and incorporated our style into his 3 different design concepts. All the concepts were unique and well thought out, more than we could have envisioned. After selecting the concept we liked the most he worked with us to refine all the details and provided architectural plans. We has an great ability to focus on the details of the design flow and merging aesthetics of the existing house with the new concept. Highly recommended to hire!

Drew is a great architect and pleasant to work with. He is very detailed oriented, organized and helpful. We have been working with him on an extensive covered porch structure. We have only good things to say about Drew and look forward to working with him on future projects.
