Greg was our General Contactor on a complete remodel of a 1932 Spanish Style one story 3+2 which we turned into a 4+3.5 two story home. It was key for us to stay as close to the Spanish Revival style while modernizing the home. Working with Greg was a true pleasure. He was collaborative, insightful and efficient in all his actions. If we were struggling with an issue, he would walk us through it, provide a few options and allow to feel comfortable with the process and decision. Greg was on budget and on time! In the beginning of the project, Greg said when we were done we would want to do it over again with he and his team. We would not build another house with anyone but Greg Greenwood Construction.

From the moment Greg and his team walked through my home to discuss our remodel, I felt confident with him and knew I wanted his company to do our job. We have a Spanish home originally built in 1929 and I wanted to do an extensive remodel to make our home current and usable for our growing family. We added square footage and reconfigured most of our existing structure. Greg understood what I wanted to achieve and had the vision and experience to get the job done. Gregory Greenwood Construction builds high quality, beautiful homes and does so with integrity. As a company they are honest and reliable. Our project started and stopped just about exactly when we projected it would and within our budget. It was a pleasure to work with Greg and his guys.

I have been fortunate to have known Greg since 1999 and have worked with his team at Gregory Greenwood Construction on two homes. I can't say enough good things about their work. Greg and his team are consummate experts - incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in all manner of design and construction. "A" level quality at a very fair price - and I have found their management of the entire process from assessment and estimating through project completion and clean-up to be remarkably efficient and user friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
