We were doing a new custom build, and the architect and our builder had too many of their "plans" in their heads, which I found frustrating and hard to "see". We hired Brian to help us define what WE wanted and put it in a design that we could actually see. He came out and walked our property with us, actively listened to what we wanted to accomplish and was super flexible in getting our project done quickly. He also helped us figure in a staged approach for future plans for a pool. The plan helped us keep our contractor on track and we were able to get what we envisioned, not some mystery idea floating around in some guy's head! He was familiar with local requirements and if he didn't know, he picked up the phone and called the city to get more info. I would highly recommend Brian. He is responsive, professional and knows his stuff!!

Brian did a phenomenal job with our custom landscape design for a generational new home build on the lake. Brian worked with our architect to make sure the landscape fit with the overall design direction of the home. He even provided input that affected how the patio, pool, and courtyard areas tied in with the architecture of the overall home. Great to work with. Always answers the phone and had great ideas. We have chose to hire Double B again to do additional design work on our in town home.

Commented: Weatherproofing?Unless it’s a closed in space there’s not really a true way to weatherproof it. Since it is open aired we used outdoor rated tiles, countertops and stainless steel accessories. The tv will be exposed...
