Lakefront Remodel

This Lakefront retreat consists of the main house, guest house and gorgeous outdoor living areas.
The goal was to create individual, cohesive spaces while tying in the landscaping with the architecture of the home. A carefully manicured courtyard connects the two spaces while an open paly lawn allows for room to play sports. The back outdoor area consists of a pool with a swim up bar and outdoor kitchen for entertaining and is complete with views of the lake. Terraced planting and fire pit areas provide multiple levels of separation between outdoor dining and overlook points.

Courtyard space connecting the main house and guest quarters. Softened and seperated by mass planting beds, accentuated by a central water feature and terrace level decorative walls tie the landscape hardscapes into the house architecture.

Entry drive to the main house and guest quarters past gated entry. Mass plantings form the open paly lawn utilized for soccer and football games along with accent plantings and quarry block seating in shaded spots.

Acoustics and Movement
Pool and deck area overlooking the lake from a high vantage point. Pool is aligned on axis with shaded play lawn in the backyard areas and opens up to swim up bar at the outdoor kitchen. VIews from the kitchen open up and look right out into the pool and column water features.

Elevated spa cascading into pool provides the acoustics of a water feature and the stunning views from the highpoint on the property overlooking the lake below.

Outdoor kitchen connected to the firepit and lower terraced entertainment areas. bar seating and lounge areas on the upper level terrace open up views to the pool and includes a swim up bar to the outdoor kitchen.
