Could not speak more highly of Drew McGukin and his team, and have already recommended him to several friends. We initially hired him to decorate a portion of our new apartment and were so impressed from the jumpstart with his vision, project management, and professionalism, that we brought him on to overhaul the entire space - from renovation to interior design to art curation and more. Drew is efficient, works quickly, solves problems, has a knack for turning any space into a "home." We still commission him for one-off projects - he's about to decorate our Christmas tree!

Drew McGukin - what can I say? We met many years ago when he was working as a successful real estate agent in Atlanta, GA. He was wearing something akin to an opera cape, talking nonstop about a house and I thought he was crazy. Luckily for the interior design community and more than a few extremely happy clients, he took that crazy to the New York School of Interior Design, graduated with great fanfare and is now widely hailed as one of the top young designers to watch! We now work together often and we constantly challenge each other for the better, be it on a custom piece of furniture or working on his capsule furniture collection, there is no detail too small to ponder. Drew has an innate sense of design and color and is constantly exploring and growing. He takes great care in his decision making, truly lives and breathes what he does. Fortunately for his clients, these abilities shine in their impeccably wrought interiors. Drew's style is unique, clever, carefully considered and peppered with just enough whimsy for his interiors to stand out from the crowd without having to shout. The team of Drew McGukin Interiors work very hard on special whole house projects, all the while maintaining a sense of humor and lust for design. This is a team that gets results and loves what they do! Yes, the crazy is still there, but trust me, it's a good crazy. It's the courage to think outside the box. It's the fearless delving into a client's psyche and extracting their true wants and wishes. It's the creation of something entirely unique. Just like Drew. They definitely broke the mold with this one.

Drew McGukin is one of the most creative and artistic individuals I have ever met. He has a unique ability to meet with a client and discover their heart felt dream. He then takes that knowledge and expands it into projects that not only thrill the client but are worthy of great awe and publication. The world deserves the opportunity to see and experience such wonderful talent wrapped up in the head and heart of one amazingly gifted individual - Drew McGukin.

I have had the most wonderful experience working with Drew and his team. Not only is working with Drew a dream, but he and his team are always up for the challenge, and take on each challenge and obstacle with optimism and an infectious spirit of excitement. I truly admire him and his team for not only solving problems in interior design well, but doing so creatively. They aren't afraid to take a chance and it shows, they always have their fingers on the pulse of what's about to come next, and yet all their designs are timeless. That's truly a trait to admire, timelessness in interior design while maintaining contemporary feel that never gets old. My only regret came at the end of my project with the team, when I realized we had come to completion, and that I had to invent reasons to spend time with Drew. Looking forward to working with him on future projects!

Drew McGukin gave my house a wonderful update. His eye is unbelievable. He used most of my furnishings and added his magic touch. Drew has an incredible sense of scale and comfort. Comfort was my number one priority, but Drew created comfort and style. I thought it was impossible to have a big screen tv in my living room until Drew showed me how it could be done. He is such a joy to work with, and I felt like he really "read" what I wanted and added his creative heart. I have gladly recommended Drew to my friends.

Drew has a unique voice as a designer. He approaches things like an artist...the chances he takes, the things that catch his eye, the art that comes out of him...THAT is something he can offer his clients that no one else can duplicate. I have been a fan of Drew McGukin Interiors for some time now, and on a recent visit was able to be a part of one of his projects. His designs are always so effortlessly stylish and personal, I can't wait to see what he does next!

I hired Drew on the recommendation of a very "stylish" theater friend of mine. I cannot say enough great things about him. He is totally professional, respectful of a client's time and budget, creative, enthusiastic, and wonderfully talented . He is able to create solutions for very tough design challenges and he listens intently to the environment that the client wants to live in. and he is able to transform their "feelings to reality" He is a delight to work with, and I might add very very handsome to look at. A total win for everyone. He is currently redoing my co-op on 57th Street and beginning to work on my new co-op on 5th Ave. On 57th Street he took my very uninspired apartment and turned it into a "dream". I have a 35 foot entrance hall that terminated with a window. He added 12 feet of custom antiqued mirrors that have quiet colors that gracefully drift into each other. Across from the mirrors he hung the whole wall with thin chains that were found in a Modernist Gallery in Palm Beach. In the living room he added an antique fireplace to create a focal point, darkened the floors, and created a very elegant, but slightly edgy, area for entertaining friends. Drew really exceeded my expectations and I hope we have many more projects together.
