It is my pleasure to highly recommend Dylan Gilliam. The recent removation of a guest bath, sunroom, and butler pantry was my first introduction to Dylan and I am now a die-hard fan. More than just a vendor, Dylan quickly became a reliable and creative partner for me. Not only did he listen to me and offer terrific design suggestions and ideas, he respected the budget I set and actively worked with me to maximize the bang for my buck. As if his design expertise isn't enough, I'd be remiss if I didn't comment on his calming demeanor and his witty personality. At the end of the day, the highest compliment I can pay to Dylan is that I enjoyed the process (almost) as much as the outcome, and I would work with him again if/when the opportunity presents itself.

We had a half finished basement that we wanted remodeled into a rec room and bar. Dylan worked with us to design the space. He understood our taste and vision and translated that into exactly what we wanted from the space. The end result was beyond our expectations. He is professional, communicative, has great ideas and resources and fun to work with. Highly recommend Dylan.
