Told me he could do a rendering of the bathroom and send it over, he came, took measurement and within a couple of days I got the render. Was really impressed with the initial design, everything looked great and he pretty much nailed what I was looking for when I described it to him. We played around a bit with the colors and the palette but honestly after the render I was pretty much sold. The bathroom before was a mess so they had to redo the whole thing. The crew came over, really nice guys, really kind and got straight to work. Entire time they were respectful and got everything done in a matter of days. Best part is you can tell the quality of the materials used and it didn't cost and arm and a leg.
