We hired Empire Kitchen and Bath to reno our kitchen over a 4 month period while we were out of the country which involved removing all existing cabinetry and installing all new appliances. They also upgraded our family area fireplace and cabinets and also installed new cabinets in the MB. We were kept appraised by email, with weekly updates and accompanying pictures. The work proceeded smoothly, with minimal issues and the few that arose were handled promptly and very much to our satisfaction. Empire kitchen staff were responsive, engaged, knowledgeable and most importantly, very available both on the phone and via email and being away from the property the forgoing provided us considerable comfort that things were managed to our satisfaction. They also armed and disarmed the residential alarm system daily, collected our stacked our mail . They even too the time to re-instate the furniture and our kitchen items (cutlery, crockery and dishware and spices) so that when we returned home late on a Friday night, we were pleasantly surprised that we were returning to a home that was ready for us to step into with no additional work. What was also apparent from the weekly pictures was that housekeeping was excellent and they cleaned as they went which is always the sign of a disciplined and well organized crew. Ultimately the work was completed on schedule and on budget - we have out dream kitchen, and the fact that we were away from home and not directly monitoring the work made no difference! We retained Empire Custom homes to do a renovation of our kitchen, pantry, powder room, bathroom and shower areas. We were particularly impressed with Empire’s overall design support, material selection, customer focus and project management. Additionally with all the contractors they choose and managed directly. The full project cycle was extremely well managed right from start to finish. The home was protected extremely well to avoid dust migration, then all the demo work was done without damage and dust was very well controlled and minimal. The appliances were also removed and reinstated without any damage. We were extremely pleased with the tiling contractor and also the painter work and final cleaning prior to occupancy . Overall the work was done very efficiently and extremely well managed. The whole job was hassle free as a result of excellent project management. The work was accomplished on time and we were delighted with the outcome which fully met our expectations. Well done Empire from a very satisfied customer

I have dealt with Empire Kitchen and Bath and Empire Custom Homes for over 20 years and they have done renovations at our previous residences in designing and producing beautiful kitchens and bathrooms with the finest products and workmanship. Empire Custom Homes completed a total home renovation of our home. Empire has completed three different renovation projects for us in two different homes over the past 20 years.
