My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I got design work done by Empire for a house renovation and workshop in Williams Lake, BC. We never had to meet in person, communication was great between video meetings and phone calls. Jap was super patient, helpful, and offered insightful ideas that we incorporated into the project. I would definitely use their services again.

Working with JP and the team has been amazing! When looking into the process of designing our dream home we knew we wanted someone that would be just as engaged and excited as we are about the home - and JP was just that from the beginning. The Empire Design Studio team has listened to our ideas and brought our vision to life. They are always available for calls, meetings, and open to any changes we have. JP is just a phone call away and answers any and all questions we have. We cannot recommend Empire Design Studio enough!
