Aloha AZ Build LLC has the potential to be a great company. There are some growing pains and a learning curve that most companies experience that this company did as well. My project went fairly smoothly. There were a few hiccups that were not due to the General Contractor, but the subs. The owner addressed these issues in a timely manner and rectified them to the best of his abilities and to the satisfaction of me, the project owner. Communication is key and Eric did a good job of keeping me informed of each phase of the construction. As a homeowner who's first experience with home remodel and hiring a contractor, it was a learning experience and overall fairly satisfying. My project turned out well. I would recommend Aloha AZ Build LLC.

5 Star Pricing for 1 Star Service. Poor quality workmanship. Spray-painted a newly constructed pergola (raw wood not primed) and only painted one coat. They also spray-painted plants, the fence, chairs, and patio tiles. No tarps used. Then, they left the premises. Started the pergola project in November and ended it in February - over 3 months. They kept canceling scheduled appointments. No recommendation here!

Eric and his team are WONDERFUL to work with. Eric is super detail oriented and stands by his work. We updated our bathrooms, repainted some bedrooms, installed a new HVAC unit, relocated the breaker box, and a bunch of other things around the house. He took care of everything start to finish, showed up every day and was really attentive. Since we were renovating this home mostly remotely, he sent me lots of pictures in process and updates each day. Highly recommend Aloha AZ Build and would hire them again without a doubt for any other or new projects we might have!

5 Stars - Outstanding Character and Integrity I know Eric Ancheta personally and see him regularly. While I haven't hired Eric's company, Aloha AZ Build LLC, for a formal project, I can speak to his exceptional character and work ethic. When my daughter needed some dead palm trees removed, Eric stepped up and took care of it completely free of charge - no strings attached, just genuine helpfulness. This speaks volumes about his integrity and the kind of person he is. Someone who goes out of their way to help others without expecting anything in return is exactly the type of contractor you want working on your property. His willingness to help a friend demonstrates the same care and attention he likely brings to all his professional work.
