Matt and team executed a major interior remodel for my wife and I and did an excellent job. They delivered a high quality product, outstanding service, on time and budget. I am a career homebuilder ( CEO Orleans homes, executive at Pulte and Taylor Morrison) and have been very impressed with Matt and teams project management skills and customer service focus. About a year ago, E&S completed a remodel of almost our entire house and we love it! From the very beginning, Jason made us feel like his only customer. He’s responsive and straightforward – helping us to understand exactly what to expect, especially since this was our first remodel. He also connected us to a fantastic designer that worked well with us and the E&S team. Our project manager Jeff was amazing! He was detail-oriented, kept us informed and made every concern or question we had seem like no big deal, which really put us at ease. Even the smallest issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently. And they got us back into the house a few days earlier than expected! We can’t imagine a better remodel experience!

Jason, Matt, Travis, Erik, Chris, and the whole Team at E & S Builders took ownership of our remodel from the very beginning of our contract negotiations through completion of the project. My wife, Melissa and I appreciated the transparency within the company which allowed us to constantly monitor the project. This enabled our family to stick within our budget as well as maintain our design intent. All E&S team members, especially our Project Manager Travis had constant communication with us through the entire construction process. E&S Builders understood our "Modern Design" which we found not all General Contractors would take the time to comprehend. Travis understand every minute detail, which enabled E&S Builders to create a beautiful home for our family. I work in the construction industry and was incredibly impressed with this group. They utilize a newer software system allowing the client to monitor and interact with the contractor throughout the process. Now that we are in our house, they have been incredibly responsive to any warranty issues or concerns we may have on normal completion items. Most importantly we trusted them, as they held to our budget and turn over dates. In my mind, there is no better recommendation or review than a repeat client. That being said, I would personally recommend this company and will use them on all our future projects.

My wife and I chose Jason and E & S Builders to renovate our home because of the honest and transparent process they presented. We were very happy with our choice from the beginning as the customer service and attention to detail were excellent. Over the 6 month project, I never waited more than a couple of hours for a return call from Jason or our Project Manager Jeff. Even now (6 months after our completion) they are quick to respond to any minor issue we have and get it fixed as soon as possible. They kept us on track and on budget with helpful suggestions and accurate timelines. The use of their project app allowed us to view daily progress, make vendor selections, and watch the budget adjustments to stay on top of our project. We are very happy with our finished home and would recommend (and already have ) to anyone looking for a good remodeling experience.
