We hired Peter as our architect for our new home after meeting with several architects. We felt he uniquely understood our vision and would help make it a reality. We were not disappointed. Peter partnered with us throughout our home build to bring our dream to life in a house that truly feels like home. A home build is always stressful, but we were glad to be working with people like Peter and his team who brought levity and fun to the project as well.

When we began our search for architects we had a few requirements that we were looking for... high creativity within our style range, an ability to focus on our needs and tastes and a respectful down-to-earth attitude. After years of searching and touring parade homes we found all of these things and more in Peter Eskuche. After just a few meetings he was able to understand and draw what our dream home should look like. Over the last several months, Peter has patiently worked within our busy schedule to refine a wonderful finished plan. We can't wait to start building!

From the very beginning of the process, Eskuche Design made the house they were designing "our" house. We had experience with other architects who wanted to design one type of house with the elements important to them. Eskuche sat and talked with us and our builder, John Kraemer & Sons, to really find out how we lived, what was important to us, and what type of house we wanted to live in. Together we looked at styles, pictures, designs. They encouraged us to send them pictures and to complete their "Dream Book" so they had an in-depth understanding of what we wanted. Then they began to design and sketch and re-sketch until we developed our home. Their attention to detail, their knowledge of materials and pricing and their sincere desire to give us our best possible home was wonderful. We do not have an unlimited budget and they were very sensitive to our desires and our budget and had great ideas to get our wants without sacrificing the budget. Follow through on plan changes was also excellent. We would definitely recommend them and we would build with them again.

Peter Eskuche and his design team just finished designing our home. During construction they were very involved on site and easily available to make sure our vision became reality. Peter is so very skilled at taking our ideas and turning them into spectacular reality. He has great creativity grounded in reality and will tell you roughly what your ideas will cost as your project grows. I recommend him without any hesitation and ensure you that he will make your home design/build as pleasant as possible.

My wife and I hired Eskuche design group to design our new home. This was a great experience in working with Peter and his group. They were extremely organized in working with us, took the extra time to truly understand our needs for a new home....and most importantly, they are very talented in making all needs come together in a well designed home. We are currently under construction, but our home is already beautiful. We are very pleased with hiring Eskuche Design, and I would hire them again should the need come. This is a very talented group!

Peter at Eskuche Design designed us a private clubhouse for one of our upper-end $1M+ developments in Plymouth, MN. The stunning architecture and timeless, dramatic design is a landmark within the neighborhood. We accomplished the "wow" we were hoping for and the private community building instantly became an invaluable sales tool and set the tone for the neighborhood. We had a great time working with Peter on this unique project. Since then, we have hired him to design several other projects for us. Highly recommended

Commented: Laminate or stained wood?Thanks for the inquiry! The Walnut areas are real wood veneer, while the Oak areas are p. lam. Due to it being a proprietary vendor of the Scavolini cabinet manufacture, we don't have the source.
