the two month old mirror is already desilvering along the edges. It is not even around a water or moisture location. Avoid this cheap product

We purchased six mirrors from grand mirrors and five of them have failed. Their customer service consists of someone telling you you need to fix it and sending you a AC DC converter. We were able to repair three of them but two we found impossible to repair. This is due to the fact the mirrors are failing somewhere inside, (problem is not the converter), and they are sealed in a caulk like material that we are afraid to try to remove. Grand Mirrors has been of no assistance as they continue to play games with us. We have removed and reinstalled each of the mirrors multiple times trying to give them the information they are keep requesting. We have to reinstall the mirrors each time because each response from Grand Mirrors takes multiple days. It became obvious after the third time with each mirror that they had no interest in repairing these mirrors or properly assisting us in repairing them. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and DO NOT BUY THESE MIRRORS!

Purchased Deco frame mirror. The quality of the lighted mirrors are truly premium and it's impressing but the delivery a little awhile which is understandable because they manufacture each mirror very well and detailed. You just need a little patience to get your desirable mirror. Overall, it's a good manufacturer or company to deal with.
