Exceed Home

We completed a kitchen and master bathroom remodel with Exceed. The end products on both have been beautiful and everything we wanted in a kitchen and bathroom. The designing and product choice was wonderful, very supportive of our design thoughts, needs but also helpful in guiding to appropriate material and color choices. They were willing and able to adapt to changes easily as well. It has taken longer than expected but some of that may be supply line issues etc.

Every team, in every phase of this bathroom remodel, have been OUTSTANDING. They are professional, hard-working, and do excellent work. I am dazzled by the design recommendations, the quality of work, and the end result of this project. I am inspired to make some changes in my kitchen now, and this is the only company I will consider. I am a grateful, and satisfied customer. Exceed did, indeed, exceed my expectations!

The Exceed design team are amazing!!! We have been working with Silas on our bathroom design. He and his team render a 3D image of your bathroom so you can see exactly what it will look like!! I’m a picky customer so this is perfect and what I needed!! Service is awesome and responsiveness is quick. Prices are what we expected but not unreasonable. Everything is shown upfront. I really appreciate no surprises. Love this team!! We are SO excited to work with them.

Fantastic work, professional communication, and detailed design. Exceed went above and beyond in our nursery design from conceptualization to realization. Silas is friendly and professional and brought our vision to life while adding in Exceed's own creative elements that resulted in a beautiful accent wall. Work was completed efficiently with attention to detail, and room was clean and ready for move in when complete. Will certainly use Exceed for future design projects!

Exceed lived up to it name wanted a ocean view and a sandy beach in a large living space in my home next to Shelby farms Silas and his team dilivered to the point where I felt on vacation every time I enter the room.The vision of art work do to the large wall spaces was next level and the Large room layout had been a nightmare They figured it all out Exceeded on my expectations and left me a room where my friends entered and went Wow Thank Exceed

Silas and his crew were excellent! They made sure to make contact before starting anything or moving on to another part of the project. They offered design tips along the way. I ended up with some design changes that they recommended and I’m very happy with. When the crew said they were coming, they came. Very professional and easy to work with. Jerry in the office was very easy to work with as well. He made sure to check in with us and was easy to talk to. Would recommend for a bathroom remodel!

Silas and Jerry definitely have some of the most beautiful work in Memphis! They kept us up to date with every step along the way.

Had a great start to the project. Loved the design. Lots of promises. Little follow through. They started strong but it is impossible to get them to execute the finishing touches or haul away the trash and building materials that were left scattered in my garage. With every question, the standard answer is, "I'll have to check with ....(whoever is not there)", then it was conveniently forgotten or ignored. The last thing I heard from them was that they would drop off a refund check and provide the touch-up paint and trash bins for the cabinets and have the trash picked up. What happened was that I got text telling me that they put my refund in the mail bo, Wish you well.. No touch-up paint (I gave up asking them to fix the small dings and scratches from shipping and installation.) No trash bins to fit the cabinet, and I still can't park in my garage for all of the construction trash. Sadly, this exchange seems to be their business model. Over promise, under deliver. Update: Exceed contacted me after they saw this review and asked me for the chance for them to make it right. They gave me their availability and I selected a date. They were emphatic that I was on the schedule first thing on that date and they would show that they keep their promises. The date came and went and again,, they didn't show up. No call to let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it and no reschedule. I couldn't make this up! It's almost comical if I didn't have to live with the affects of their job.

I’m only in the first stage of my remodel but I can not say enough great things about Exceed!!! Everyone has been super!! Silas, Jerry, Ken and all others have been the best!! And, honestly the cleanest construction, when you can walk barefoot thru the work site, you know it’s clean. Thank you to all at Exceed for making my first remodel so great!!

While we have not started the actual demolition part of renovation, it is my pleasure to recommend Exceed Home. I have been so incredibly impressed with communication and the superb customer service. Every person I've dealt with from Silas and Jerry to contractors & designers has set my expectations to a new bar!

Great company. Quick, easy to communicate with and amazing job! We are pumped about our beautiful floors. We will for sure use Exceed Home again!
