Frank and his team did an amazing job on our house: all new windows throughout the house and on our porch, which previously only had screens. Very fair price for all of this work. I would highly recommend him for any home improvement project. He was also very responsive through text messages with any questions we had about the project whether it was first thing in the morning or later in the evening

FDP did a sliding glass door at my house. Frank kept me updated all along the way with the timeline for the arrival of the doors and installation. He showed up just as expected and the workmanship is great. I would recommend.

We hired Frank recently to replace an older sliding door and remove an old house fan from the attic and re-side the side of the house impacted. Frank promptly provided a written estimate for the work and a schedule. Work was completed on time and we were very happy with the outcome. Frank was also hired in the past to do a complete renovation of a full bath in our house which we were very happy with. We had FDP Builders replace the 40 year old windows in our house with Anderson 400 series new construction windows. It was a great experience from start to finish. We dealt with Frank who was extremely organized and maintained a great line of communication throughout the project. Their work was top notch and they were VERY NEAT. We would use them again without question.

Our kitchen addition from the mid 1990s didn't quite meet the existing house height which made the kitchen slope slightly. Sometime later our refrigerator developed a leak which ran under the base cabinets for years pooling in the corner of the kitchen because of the slope. This rotted our subflooring to the point the floor was ready to cave in. It was a major job with the base cabinets having to be pulled out, the subflooring fixed, and then the base cabinets reinstalled. Frank Jr. of Fdp Builders seemed genuinely interested and concerned and spent a lot of time discussing the job with us. He measured and took photos before heading home to brainstorm the best and most economical way to do this job right. He came back with an honest proposal and everything that needed to be done was done such as raising my back door several inches so my kitchen floor could be properly leveled. Because we were extremely impressed with Fdp Builders' work we then had them renovate our entire home including new kitchen countertops with tile backsplash, replacing and lowering my exhaust fan above the stove which originally was never vented to the outside, so they ran ductwork through my cabinets to reach an outside wall, a new sink and updated kitchen lighting. They then replaced all my interior doors, turning one into a pocket door to better fit the space, and patched a number of holes in our drywall so they are completely undetectable now. They pulled up all our carpeting and laid a wood look tile floor throughout our entire house - what a difference! And finally, they gutted my main bathroom, replacing the tub and adding glass doors which makes my bathroom look much bigger now! They also replaced my vanity, mirror, lights, and toilet, and made me a linen closet, in addition to tiling the walls and floor. I valued their suggestions and ideas as we approached each new project and often left big decisions to them to make knowing they would not steer me wrong. This father and son team work well together. They are very professional, neat and honest. We felt comfortable leaving them alone in our house while we were at work. They were with us for 3 months and never once did we hear a raised voice or disagreement between them. Their workmanship is superb. I will be using them again.

We have used FDP for many jobs for many since 2006-2007 when we remodeled our master bedroom & closets & master bathroom. Very happy with the project. Replaced all the windows & sliders on the ground floor from Anderson to Pella another job. Installed a commercial floor & cabinets in the garage. Go to contractor for any job that we know will be done well.

We brought Frank back to do a wall demolition project in our basement and he did another fantastic job. He also helped us sort out a carpeting situation in the basement and helped save us close to $1,000. We will be redoing our basement fully in the next 1-3 years and there is no one else we would rather have perform the work than Frank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

FDP Builders has completed many jobs at my house from as small as changing a door to as large as adding an extension for a kitchen renovation.
