Fence and Deck Connection

Outstanding Fence Company & Exceptional Service I recently purchased a new home and wanted to have a privacy fence installed, and I am so glad I chose this company! From the very beginning, I received outstanding customer service. I especially want to recognize Mr. Tom, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and informative. He took the time to explain the different options and scenarios to me, answered all of my questions, and was always available whenever I needed to reach out. No matter how many questions I had, he responded promptly and made sure I understood everything. The fence installation itself exceeded my expectations. I am extremely impressed with the quality, appearance, and overall workmanship. I have received so many compliments on my fence, and it has really added to the beauty and privacy of my new home. I truly appreciate Mr. Tom’s professionalism and dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality fence and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you, Mr. Tom, and thank you to the entire team for an outstanding job! I am one very satisfied customer!

Very satisfied with our fence! FDC was easy to work with. Excellent sales presentation, competively priced with an experienced crew that completed the installation in one day. Nice people to do business with.

I’d like to start by saying the fence itself looks great- the laborers were fast and the sales guy we worked with was great. However customer service is nonexistent and once Fence and Deck has been paid they could care less. Our fence was completed last Friday and shortly after they left we realized we had no running water. It was 5 pm on a Friday. I immediately called our project manager (who we met once and never heard from again before or during install, you would think the project manager would be there during install?). Explained to him that we thought the laborers may have hit the well pump electric since we checked and our breaker was tripped. The hose was out too so you could tell that the laborers had tried to use the hose to clean up and also realized there was no running water. He offered no solutions, no empathy and immediately brought up that they are not liable for private utilities and to check our contract. We were treated like just another sale and not humans. At no point during the sales, marking or install process did anybody from Fence and Deck connection mention that our well was not covered by Miss Utility (nor did miss utility ever come out for the normal marking) or bring up any concern with the proximity of the fence to our well. We just spent $19k on a fence and you would think that our project manager would be more willing to find a solution other than “this has never happened before”. We have a 1 year old infant and were left with no running water in a heat wave. We had to have an after hours well company come out, run temporary electric to get water for the weekend and then have them come back out and dig a trench and rerun new electric. They pinpointed the previous wire was cut right at a fence post. We are out thousands of dollars to repair negligent work done by Fence and Deck. We have waited days for a call back from somebody “higher up” and keep getting passed from manager to manager. This is not how customer service works, especially for such a large expense. We are thoroughly disappointed and will ensure that all of our neighbors, friends and family know who to not hire for their fence and deck needs.

Great job!! The deck opening and added steps looks very professional and feels very sturdy. James and Dave worked to make sure the work was done very shortly after HOA approval and they ensure everything was done properly. All the materials matched my original decking perfectly. The guys that did the actual work were very skilled at their craft and made sure the fittings and all were perfect. I am pleased with the final product and happy I can now walk off my deck into my backyard. Thanks all!!

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff at Fence & Deck Connection, from the project manager to the workers. I was informed every step of the way; they were prompt, professional and courteous. My fence & deck is gorgeous, I can't wait for the summer to get here. I would recommend Fence & Deck Connection, and the prices are unbeatable. We received an estimate from Long Fence which only included the fence itself, Fence & Deck Connection not only beat their "discounted prices" but added stairs to my deck for $1,000's cheaper. If you need a reliable professional Fencing company I would recommend Fence & Deck Connection, actually several neighbors have used Fence & Deck Connection because of the testimonials of others in the neighborhood. A truly satisfied customer.

The company did an excellent job with the attention to details on our fence installation. They also did well handling a unique situation with our setup. Very pleased with their overall work. Would highly recommend their service.

Right from the start, I could tell this was a professional company. Traci come out to analyze what I needed. He measured everything and staked it so it would be easier for the work crew to see the location and requirements. He completely answered all of my questions then left to put together the quote for a metal fence. I rec'd the quote the same day. I asked if he would also send a quote for a wood fence, which he did within a half hour. He explained the maintenance on both products which helped me decide on the metal fence. (I'm too old to stain and power wash the wood fence once a year.) The work crew showed up exactly on time and set to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after they were done. The fence looks great and I am extremely happy with it. Their warranty tells me they will stand behind the product as well.

We were so very pleased with their fence installation. It actually exceeded our expectations. Candidly when I sought estimates your company was not the lowest submitted estimate. However, I was so impressed with the sales presentation and the preparation prior to installation that Fence and Deck Connection that it was an easy choice. Your installation team was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

From the initial call for a quote, to the installation date was fantastic. Jeff Gottleib came to give us an estimate, my husband asked him questions, and received great answers. I was not available that day so Jeff came back again (thanks, Jeff!), so I could hear how they were going to install, what was required, and the length of time for installation. Our project manager, Steve Ghiardi, reached out to us as soon as the down payment was made, to introduce himself, along with the layout specifics required (any permits, delivery, set up area, water, and electrical needs). Our delivery date was moved up, and we certainly appreciated the quick response times. It went so smoothly with their crews. It took a day and a half from the fence material delivery to a new fence completely installed. Steve stopped by again to inspect the entire fence, front and back. We certainly appreciate that too! I highly recommend Fence and Deck Connection for any fencing work, it looks so great, and professional done!

I highly recommend Fence & Deck Connection. From my first meeting with Dave through the last gate adjustment, everyone at Fence & Deck Connection was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Each person I talked to was on the same page, and it was easy to schedule appointments and get information. Most importantly, the fence was installed with attention to detail and to quality. The sales consultant (Dave) included clear drawing of fence layout with the quote. The installation supervisor (Francisco) came out to review the placement specifically, and after installation came back to inspect it for completion. Because of ground freeze causing the surface under gate opening to swell, he and the crew came back to trim bottom of gate and make adjustments to the opening space (without an extra charge). Mine was not a big project, but Fence & Deck Connection treated it with as much attention as if it were.

I listened to several companies before I went with Fence & Deck Connection. Reason being, the individual I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable about deck construction and didn’t try to sell me a story. The crew worked tirelessly to complete the job even working on the holiday and weekend. My wife and I are extremely happy with the deck and apparently have some neighbors jealous. Joel (Sensitive Information Hidden) (Project Consultant), Ben (Sensitive Information Hidden) (Production Manager) and the initial person I spoke to were all professional and made the experience easy. They were also lower than many of the other competitors. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade or have one installed.

Working with Fence and Deck Connection was a delight. My initial phone call and then in-person meeting with Chris Holmes was not only professional but thorough. He provided detailed guidance on the process for getting a fence installed and the various options. I also had the honor of meeting and working with Franscisco. He was a joy to work with and ensured I understood the installation process. The two man crew that showed up on installation day were very professional and did a great job to ensure the fence was leveled and properly installed. Francisco also visited to do a quality check. Great group of guys. Their work was impeccable. I would without hesitation recommend Fence and Deck Connection.
