Ropeswing is a great color and because of its light color tone it doesn’t absorb as much heat as darker tones and it compliments most siding colors. Trex’s Transcend line includes a protective shell on the top and sides of the deck board to provide the best protection for fading and staining. We do recommend you do a semi-annual cleaning using soap or water or possibly a gentle pressure washing. It doesn’t stain and will only show surface dirt like anything that you may have outdoors.
