A note of thanks for the recent re-reroofing experience at our home by the Fichtner Services team. I have been in customer service related work for over 35 years so I have pretty high standards and, without hesitation, I was very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Fichtner Services. From Shane on the estimate/proposal, then Teresa and Tara getting all the necessary paperwork and scheduling in order, followed by Ray, Jeppe (sp?) and the entire installation team on the actual job - all were thoughtful, patient, informative, and professional, ensuring we had an enjoyable experience. I know the job was somewhat complicated by how our home is situated - very close neighboring homes and lots of landscaping - but the installation team did a great job protecting our property and getting the job done in just one LONG day for them under tough weather conditions. I really can't thank them enough.

From our first contact with Kevin, we were impressed with his knowledge and forthrightness. He gave us information in an understandable way and patiently answered our questions. The next step in the process of acquiring our new roof was handled graciously by all with whom we spoke. The work crew did an enthusiastic job and when some unsuspected repairs were needed to the roof they were handled with great care and expertise. The day after the roof was completed, the project supervisor, Jan, made a final personal call to our home to discuss with us the entire project from beginning to end to make sure all was in accordance with our desires. Everyone with whom we worked treated us with great respect and they invested all of their energies and knowledge into this project as if it was their own. We are delighted with the results!

We hired Fichtner to install a new roof based on the recommendation of a couple of our neighbors. They were on time for their estimating appointment and for the actual work. Their estimator did a good job thinking through some extra work that would be needed where we were removing some leaking skylights. Their on-site supervisor and crew worked with me to frame the openings from the removed skylights so I could finish the interior work and consulted me about some rotted plywood that needed to be replaced before they did the work. We are very satisfied with this project.

After having my roof and gutters replaced by Fichtner, I quickly realized I made the right choice. The work was extremely efficient and looks fantastic. Jan was my on-sight supervisor and he was great. Made me feel like he was personally interested in me being happy with the work being done. My sales associate, Mike Bafford was also fantastic. I am very satisfied with the roof and gutter replacement and have recommended Fichtner Services to my neighbor for the same type of replacement.

We first turned to Fichtner Services 12 years ago for wind damage repair on our original roof and received excellent service quickly, despite a high volume of repairs in our area after a bad storm. So it was natural for us to get an estimate from Fichtner when the time came for a new roof. They provided a very detailed assessment and cost breakdown for the roof and blown in insulation as well as some customized work we needed. They were highly competitive with other estimates we had. Fichtner began and completed the work quickly and were very strong on communications before, during and after the job. Throughout all parts of the effort, their on-site project manager excelled at managing the details in full alignment with what was discussed during the assessment and estimate. Fichtner's quality, cleanup and follow-up was stellar and in our experience absolutely second-to-none.

They were available quickly to offer and quote as well as complete the job. We had some minor damage after hurricane Sandy blew threw and they quickly found the damage and repaired it quickly. Luckily it wasn't too expensive so we didn't have to do an insurance claim. They were very competitive with all the quotes we got. We chose them because of their professionalism and excellent customer service :)
