Flores and their crews were attentive, always on time, and did great quality work for me.. Every question or concern I had was promptly addressed. They made my bathroom renovation easy and kept my house squeaky clean. They truly care about the customer’s experience. And, on top of all that, the owners are genuinely kind, honest people while still being smart professionals. I would be happy to use them again.

I do not recommend this contractor. Our project was five weeks behind schedule, and they still left the job unfinished. During the work, they caused numerous damages throughout the house (at least a dozen), and many issues remain unresolved. The quality of the work was substandard. Finishing was sloppy, attention to detail was clearly lacking, and some work will require redoing by another professional. Whenever we raised concerns or pointed out mistakes, the contractor refused to take responsibility, often blaming others or external factors rather than addressing the problem. Promised corrections were delayed or never completed. Communication was poor, and we were left frustrated and disappointed with how this project was handled. We wish we dismiss this contractor much sooner.

Pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We would definitely recommend Flores Renovation for your Home Improvement project.

Project was to renovate a house in the spring of 2024. Kitchen area needed the most work. Scope of work included plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and work on flat roof.

I can recommend without reservation, the Flores group for any and all repairs, redesigning and pretty much any problems related to the home. These guys are absolutely amazing in getting the job done with attention to detail, the price is always less than I expect and they keep in contact during the process. I think these guys are the best. Projects included redesign and installation of new bathroom shower, Leak repair, ceiling replacement and painting, A/C drain repair, large window replacement.

Oscar has helped us so much with our shop within the last year! We can always rely on calling him to come help us fix and build or add different things around our shop. He does an excellent job and is very nice and respectful!

Oscar and Zulie were great! They stepped in after another contractor and was able to get us over the finish line. They were also patient with us on payments, which dealing w/draws can sometimes be a major issue. Would recommend to everyone!!
