We just recently moved into our newly build custom home by Girard and love every detail! The Girard team made the entire process of building a new home a breeze. We designed a custom floor plan with them to build on our land just outside of town. We were able to draw the floor plan with Adam and then actually see a virtual model of the plan with our selections before we ever even broke ground! Becky helped us through the entire design process and picking out the details for our new home. Her guidance, amazing ideas, and feedback made this part of the process much smoother than we were expecting. Patty was our construction manager and she did an outstanding job managing our build. She kept us informed of progress and quickly communicated any challenges that came up with solutions to keep things on track!
