Gold Key Roofing

I would rate Gold Key Roofing as superior. The products they offer are upper tier and warranties substantial. Not to say we did not have some hiccups. A specialized product that we had ordered excessively held up the start of the project. Likely heavy handed delivery of roofing materials (by a third party) resulted in cracked interior ceilings. New skylights that had been installed were damaged. You would think I was writing a bad review. On the contrary, Gold Key's Quality Control Specialist came out, noted everything and assured us it would be remedied. Not only did the skylight manufacturer come out and personally repair the new skylights, but Gold Key sent an artisan to come out and repair all the ceiling issues. (Please note: Gold Key additionally gave us a discount on the skylights for our troubles) When I thought we were all done. The Quality Control Specialist showed up unannounced well after the job had since been completed to personally install protective rodent/animal caps on all roof stacks that none of us would have known otherwise. The quality of materials top notch. Their relationship to manufacturers of products used yielded an immediate response. Gold Key and material manufacturers all set and then met their high bar for guaranteed workmanship. Rare today! Yes I would not hesitate to use Gold Key Roofing again and give a positive reference without reservation. They truly earned it!

Great company and knowledgeable staff! Replaced our roof 4-2021. Jeff Hewitt was very professional and was in communication with us every step of our re-roof. The entire staff was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns We would highly recommend using Gold Key Roof!

Gold Key replaced my roof in December 2020. From my initial meeting with Jeff Maul, to the last inspection and jobsite cleanup, Jeff and his assembled team were outstanding, start to finish. Mario was very attentive to my instructions as the jobsite was staged and stocked. Luis was an outstanding on site, working superintendent who monitored his crews work each day. Jeff was ever present as needed and promptly responded to any questions I had. Luis took the time with me to review a few pesky flashing details to make sure they were executed properly. Quality work of the highest quality. Promises made and kept. Started and finished on time. Excellent cleanup. As an Architect and Contractor with 30+ years of design & construction experience, I recommend Gold Key without reservation Thank you for a job well done!

Jeff at Gold Key Roofing was amazing through the process of having to replace our entire roof after hurricane Irma. I would highly recommend Jeff and the company. Jeff and the company were referred to me from a friend of mine who is a contractor that we trust very much and they definitely lived up to all expectations!

The entire process was easy, professional and pleasant. The roofers were easy to deal with did a good job and were prompt. I would hire this company again if and when the necessity were to arise.

We first met Gold Key several years ago after a storm destroyed our roof. They showed up quickly to throw a tarp over the area to stop further damage. The next day they began installation of a new roof. The job was done quickly at a very reasonable price which was a big relief considering the emergency situation. Since then we have moved to a new house that came with a few roof leaks. After our positive experience with the old house we called Gold Key. As expected they were very responsive and did a great job fixing multiple leaks at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new roof.
