This company is the greatest, I just can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I know what I'm talking about as I was burnt before by a company named "Silecchio const Co," who took my money, & never showed up. I still have yet to get it returned., while This Gramly Const. Co. started work immediately, shows up every day and all the workers are respectful, caring and hard workers and they leave everything clean daily when they leave. They also moved some furniture for me which was not part of the job and wouldn't even let me give them a tip. They are in the process right now of extending a room & bathroom out for me... I will certainly only use them again if I ever need more work done... actually, I have some tile work for them to do next, needless to say, I am very happy with them and Mike keeps me informed all the time. I worked with Gramly Construction on the remodel of a home for my parents. Mike and his team were extremely professional and did a great job of communicating throughout the project. The attention to detail and the effort that they made to protect the areas of the house that were not affected by the remodel was very impressive. As a residential architect in a different market, I work with numerous builders and remodelers, and I would not hesitate to hire Gramly Construction for any project.

Mike Gramly and his team are AWESOME! My husband and I contracted with Gramly Construction to install a kitchen backsplash and to build an electric fireplace with side cabinets in our living room. Both projects have been completed and are absolutely perfect. They were here about 6 weeks (just as quoted). They were collaborative and professional in planning and completing the projects. I cannot say enough positive things about the crew.

Gramly Construction built a detached 2-car garage at my home and the result is fantastic! They were wonderful to work with and every time I had comments or wanted things fixed, they were very prompt and did exactly as I requested. The garage was built to match my home, and the stucco work, paint and all other finishes were done to near perfection. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Gramly Construction to anyone.

To provide energy efficient replacement windows and exterior doors on a single story, single-family home with attached mother-in-law suite. Gramly was able to install all the materials to the extremely demanding specifications of my energy consultant, returning to the site to do touch-up work when some of the insulation material failed upon original installation. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, clearly experienced with both the equipment and materials they were handling, able to clean up their work site and leave the area cleaner than they had found it. Very much appreciated!

Gramly Construction built my beautiful custom home in 2003 and through the years Gramly construction has continued to enhance the beauty of my home with custom built-in cabinetry, hardwood floors and crown molding. The workmanship provided by Gramly Construction is like no other; the attention to detail is amazing!
